Crowned by an Eric Parry-designed glass roof, the restaurant runs along the entire east side of the market making for beautiful rooftop views across the piazza.

The food is decent but the service leaves a lot to be desired. With a few exceptions, the staff were generally disinterested, and on occasions sarcastic. I won’t be coming back, and will be sure to avoid it when recommending restaurants to friends visiting London.

Enjoyable lunch and good service, however table wasn’t that good, despite restaurant not that busy. Food is nice but in my opinion overpriced for what it is.

It was lovely food and drinks but very poor service , no one come to ask for drinks and willing to be actually serving , I think as expensive as it is the service should be much much better .

The food was outstanding and could not be faulted. The service, however, could have been better. For the calibre of restaurant and the prices involved in dining, we expected this to be better. There was an issue with us being given the wrong food, which resulted in a public heated discussion between the staff involved, including the chef in the kitchen. Customers should not be witness to heated discussions between colleagues regarding the operations of the restaurant. We would visit again and hope that the service will be better next time.

foods are good. I gave low scores at some points because there are serious problems with service and reception. I've experienced it before. This time, at the first greeting, they told me that I did not have a reservation (I did). They tried to find my reservation for 15 minutes. They finally succeeded. Then they wanted to take us to the table, we sat at the wrong table and we changed it again. We had difficulty even making eye contact with the waiter to order, we couldn't find anyone to tell us about the ongoing orders. We struggled for a while even paying the bill. I like the place, the food is good, but the service could be better.
