Food was delicious (sashimi was fresh, tempura not greasy, chocolate truffle dessert was unique and delicious). Had an very energetic vibe. Looking forward to when outdoor seating is available.

The service was beyond compare! You’ve got to try EVERYTHING! We had wagyu, sushi,soba…basically everything on the menu. Please, make it a point to visit this Lincoln Park venue of Sushi San.. This was one of those best ever experiences!…the food, upscale ambience, service…I can’t urge you more than this to go and check it out. The great thing…it’s a total neighborhood joint. I’d happily come in after work to sit at the bar for a snack and delicious drink (try the “Drip on the Srtip” for something soothing)….(or “Hot Mess” cocktail if you adore mezcal)….Abby is a master at fun, yet sooo delicious cocktails. I will probably be here at least once a week. As a side note, we had a vegan guest who ate like royalty. There’s something here for everyone…whether you eat sushi or not, this isn’t your typical spot. Super love!

Sushi and appetizers are always delicious, but I will continue to have thoughts of the Japanese pancakes......so damn good!

Jerry was an amazing server - had the best recommendations! Food was delicious and quality fish. Highly recommend the salmon sashimi, tuna crispy rice and sticky caramel miso cake.

The fish tasted very fresh and our server was friendly and knowledgable. The new Lincoln Park location had a more laid back atmosphere than River North.

We were excited to dine at the new Sushi -San in Lincoln Park on opening week. All the food that we tried was delicious and we are anxious to return and try more menu items. A special call-out to our server Kina who was terrific. She was friendly, accommodating, and knowledgable.

We had a wonderful time at Sushi-San Lincoln Park. They did a great job with the space. The staff was very friendly and the food was good. They treated us to a glass of bubbles for our anniversary too! We will definitely be back! 😎🍣

Great experience from start to finish. The host immediately sat us, and the manager brought us over complementary champagne because we were celebrating our engagement! Our server Patti was so helpful and sweet and ensured our food was safe for both of our dietary restrictions. Food was so good and loved sitting at the sushi counter to watch the chefs make the food. We can’t wait to go back!

Such a great experience! The exquisite taste from the River North location transcends to this location. Given that it’s in the neighborhood for us and the service is outstanding we will certainly be visiting often.
