Took long time to be seated even after being told our table was ready. Bar service was a bit slow but the food came out quickly and was delicious. Love that you can order half rolls.

We did not get our drinks until 35 minutes after we were seated. Nobody knew who was taking care of our table because they were downstairs when we were seated. Our waitress did not even apologize when she finally came over. On top of that, we were overcharged on our bill. I love the food here so this was a very disappointing experience.

Waiter was focused on other tables and forgot 1 of our entrees. They even offered dessert and the check before we got our entree because he forgot. Understand it’s new, but as a sushi San frequent, I except better!!

Melman hit it out of the park with this restaurant. The service is absolutely impeccable and everyone is super nice. I’m in the neighborhood and have been there three nights this week with different friends. They all loved it! Special mention to Emma and Melse (hope I spelled that correctly). Both are top tier and so kind.
