Sushi Saint, located in Downtown Orlando's Creative Village inside the Brew Theory brewery, is a temaki hand roll bar & sushi lounge by Michelin-starred chef Michael Collantes. Each hand roll is made fresh and handed one-by-one to ensure its consumed in its freshest state. Sushi Saint features many beers on tap manufactured on-site, a selection of low ABV sake-based cocktails and sake by the glass.

Made-to-order hand rolls are prepared with the finest global selection of premium seafood, at both the temaki bar and sushi lounge. The lounge menu is designed to elevate date nights and intimate group outings with DIY hand rolls, nigiri platter and other small bites.

Walk-ins are welcome. Reservations are recommended for the 12-seat temaki bar for a more personalized experience in front of the chefs.

We accept all major credit cards and are a cashless facility.

Had another delectable meal at Sushi Saint today and they also informed us they are doing Bite 30 - menu attached as they are not currently listed! They have a killer lunch deal too. Depending on where you sit, they are different menus. You can’t get the lunch special at the bar and you can’t get the multi handroll deals at the tables. It wasn’t that way last time we went so just keep that in mind depending on when you go. We loved everything this time around. Last time we weren’t a fan of the crab hand roll. But, the both Wagyu options are the most outstanding. Note - parking is about $6 for 2 hours in the lot. You can use the Park Mobile app.

Didn't have a bad experience per se, but disappointed w/ all the hype around this spot. Hostess was very sweet & gracious. Server was friendly & mostly attentive. Ambiance is pleasant - soft shades of green & neutrals w/ natural elements. Ordered from the menu in the lounge space. Menu is rather limited, especially when they are out of certain items. No scallops, no wagyu (although somehow it was back on the menu towards the end of our meal), and initial sake choice was also not available. Now, the food. If you have an aversion to cucumber, that limits your menu selections a bit as there are several dishes prepared w/ cucumbers & no modifications. Respect this is a sushi restaurant, but find many high end sushi restaurants skip this filler type ingredient altogether. Food was very fresh, decent presentation, but overall, quite underwhelming. Found the nori wrap to be overwhelming in relation to the portion of what was inside (ie small amounts of the good stuff). This was the case for all the handrolls. Spicy tuna was anything but spicy. Tuna was very fresh, but no hint of spice, just bland. Japanese elote was by far the favorite plate. Sweet corn w/ lots of flavor in the coating, perfectly cooked. Salmon handroll had heavy fishy flavor, not good. Shishito peppers were basic. With the discovery of the wagyu, ordered one option w/ mushrooms. Nice flavor, but skimpy portion for $22. Neither the wine nor sake selections are abundant or great, but not overpriced for the selections they do have. We didn't have cocktails, but they looked pretty going to other tables. Found it to be pricey for size of handrolls. Appetizer portions were adequate and priced accordingly. Pay attention to the bill when it arrives as there is a service charge (not sure what this was for) on top of an 18% gratuity already calculated into the bill. While we noticed both, would have been courteous for the server to have mentioned. OK, experience, but not likely to return as underwhelmed.

We joined during lunch and ordered the lunch set of 2 hand rolls and an otoshi of our choice. We ordered this mix and match set 3 times and got to pick a variety of hand rolls! Everything was delicious! Service was friendly and efficient! Will definitely return!

The ambience and the quality of the food is amazing. The prices are reasonable for what you are getting and we will definitely return and recommend Sushi Saint to friends and family! We made a reservation for Temaki Bar for 7:30 PM. We arrived 35 min early and asked to sit at the bar in the meantime (cocktails are saki-based). It was a bit odd that we were then told the chef was making an exception for us to sit at the bar to have our experience, we only wanted to sit at the bar while we waited for our 730 reservation. At around around 7:30 we asked and we were able to move to the Temaki Bar. I’ll leave the confusion we had up to Sushi Saint working kinks out (only been open 6 months). The staff was great though, they were very inviting and knowledgeable about their offerings!

Excellent handrolls made to order by knowledgable, friendly staff. My group had a great time sitting at the temaki bar. We were well taken care of by the staff. Both the food and the service were first class.

We were expecting a larger menu...this was pretty expensive for a light meal. Perhaps add a few heavier options like Udon Noodles and a 3 or 4 pack of hand rolls priced at a somewhat reduced price? Loved the staff and the location and the young vib.
