The food was pretty good. My wife and I had the wagyu egg rolls and those were good but you dont' get much for 18 dollars. We both had the drunken noodles. It was good but really salty. Overall I would come back but probably try something different.

Place was empty at 5 pm on Sat should have been red flag. Host picked up menus and just walked away without greeting and just flagged us down. Drinks were good but food was bland and not good. Overpriced sushi and hibachi for quality . You’ll find better at authentic sushi places elsewhere.. Seems more like a place to go out for drinks not food.

I've loved going here for several years. But TURN THE DAMN MUSIC DOWN!! People go to dinner to visit and catch up with friends & family. And when that is difficult, it can really ruin the entire meal. Management, Sushi Marquis is not a dance club! Turn the damn music down!

Great host, she was attentive and always filled up water, which a lot of places are lacking lately. Food is always fresh and delicious!

We used to love eating here. Prices have increased tremendously, but the food unfortunately did not keep pace. We will now only go if we’re in the mood for the wagyu eggrolls, saki, or fried Oreos.

We were sat quickly and service was great. You could tell the girl was newish but she did very well. Our steak was slightly over cooked not a big big deal but not what we wanted. Vegas bombs didn’t taste very good but the mixed cocktails were fine.

Service was REALLY bad, unfortunately. Food was okay. Cool vibe but there were inappropriate videos playing in the background. I’m not offended by it, but there were children in the restaurant (not even mine).

If I could give our server, Yasmine, more than 5 stars, I would. Personable, attentive, anticipated our needs without needing to be asked. Food and atmosphere great as usual on another Friday evening visit for us.

We go out for sushi at least once per week, usually twice. We have been to Sushi Marquee twice, the first time right after they opened and then again this week. Compared to other sushi bars in the area, this place falls a tad below average. I made a reservation for 6:00, which was not needed as the place was empty, me and 2 other tables. I left at 7:00 and only one other table came in. My server was fairly attentive, but did not represent what you would expect at a high end sushi bar; very casual and not groomed very well. The prices are, by far, the highest in the area, probably due to high rent and a space way too big for their business. The fish was cut fairly thin, but was fresh. The facility could also use some work as there was wear and tear apparent and it was a bit dirty. For the prices they charge, I would expect a more typical, or even higher end, Japanese/sushi ambiance. There are many better choices in Frisco and surrounding area for the money.

We came to celebrate my husband's birthday yesterday. We had such a great experience, Anthony our server was so awesome, even when we ate the restaurant out of ginger lol. We ordered the Boat!!! This is great for a group that love both sashimi & rolls. We loved the lychee martini & lychee sake. We will be back!!!

Good ambiance and party place but the sushi could be better. Not a happy hour place. Only $1 off from a $15 cocktail is not “happy” Service was good and it is a good place to party but not to enjoy a nice “happy hour” with friends.

The food and cocktails are amazing. Order the butterfly kisses roll and try the lychee-tini. If sushi is not for you, the steak fried rice is also delicious. If you're looking for a quiet place to have a conversation over dinner, don't come here on a weekend night. The vibe is fun and energetic with good music and friendly staff, but it's loud.

It was so loud we couldn't even talk to each other at the table. The food quality was not good at all and took forever . The price was too high for the service and quality of the food. They added 22% tip in the check..

This was the fourth time I went to Sushi Marquee and basically the worst one. While the server was amazing, the sashimi was too thick and honestly, the Tuna was not fresh, which made me sick for the next couple days. Other than that, my son's hibachi was awesome and the rolls were good to. It's a bit overpriced for you to get sick.

My fiance and I decided to eat a late dinner this past Saturday and we were so disappointed in this restaurant. We've been here before and we enjoyed our experience, but I don't know if we'd ever go back, now. We waited a little longer than normal for a host which was ridiculous because it wasn't even busy. Whatever, we moved on and she sat us outside and let us sit wherever we wanted which was awesome. FOUR waiters came outside, multiple times and not one person said ANYTHING to us. After about fifteen minutes of just sitting there and not even getting a single waiter, we decided to just leave. I informed the hostess as we were exiting that no multiple waiters came out and not one even bothered to look at us. She apologized, but we still left anyway.

They don’t keep up at all. Place is unkempt. Table we sat at is peeling, menus are sticky, dishes are dirty, napkins are dusty and linty. We placed an order for 5 items on the menu to start but they were input incorrectly. Two plates came out and look unappetizing. Fish was room temperature at best, might have been warmer. Gross! Salad plate with wilted lettuce and looked like someone grabbed a handful and threw it on the plate. They were not busy on a Monday night but service was slow and unorganized. We canceled the remainder items and went somewhere else for dinner. Very disappointed, will not be coming ack and wouldn’t recommended

First, I had a reservation for my birthday set on open table from a week ago. No hostess and nobody knew about my reservation. I asked if I could seat or if someone was sitting me and they told me “no, sorry, the hostess is over there eating, seat yourself” No music playing. All patio tables dirty. Each round of drinks took over 30 minutes on a Tuesday night with just my party and another 2 tables in the restaurant. I even talked to the server and management and they didn’t care. I had to leave to celebrate me somewhere else. Never coming back, me or my other 8 guests.

Service was horrible, waiter overstepped and made us feel uncomfortable. I asked if they had 0.0 NA Beer and he said “yes we do” and so I asked can I get one of those please, he then asked “why get that?” … I am recovering alcoholic so nice job. Then proceeded to say “why not just get another beer, the percentage is really low anyways”… after I told him I’m a recovering alcoholic.. Then while eating sushi he told me how to eat it… He was off, horrible experience & I never want him again but I love sushi marquee, best sushi always! >>>
