Chef Endo is doing something special in Austin. Every course was excellent, with a few that really stood out. Even though everything was top notch, Chef Endo and his team remained keenly interested in how we enjoyed each piece. It was clear that Chef remains passionate about his craft. We really enjoyed our meal and will certainly be back to try a refreshed menu.

Wow! The omakase was amazing! I started off with a smoked old fashioned moved on to a manhattan and tried out some suntori whiskey.On the omakase menu, I had a tamago yaki(hot) which was different from a cold tamago ive had yet had lots of flavor. I am not a huge fan of 'saba' for my past experience with this fish being "fishy" yet this one was none of that. The akami was delicious and I actually preferred the fresh one over the seared soy sauce one. The trout, wagyu with the caviar, golden snapper, and whichever the second eel(fatty), and uni from hokaido were my main favorites. Thank you to paul and kai for the friendly service and to the sushi chefs (yasuo).

Sushi Endo was amazing! The service, food, and ambiance was everything. We thoroughly enjoyed the intimate omakase. Chef Endo is wonderful and so are the staff. We'll certainly be back in the future.

The 20 course omakase was outstanding. Chef Endo was so sweet and charismatic. My husband and I enjoyed hearing his stories of working all over the U.S. The team went out of their way to make our 19th anniversary feel special. An overall terrific experience that I highly recommend!

We went to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. It was an amazing experience, with delicious food, sake, and a fun conversation with other patrons and the chefs and waitstaff. Highlights include a hay-smoked sea trout nigiri, uni, mackerel nigiri, chawanmushi with crab gravy, fresh off the pan tamago but honestly everything was delicious. We were gifted glasses of sparkling sake to kick off our celebration.
