Perfection, every time!! Such a huge fan and I feel like I could sit through back-to-back 18 course omakases with ease. Please don't ever change a thing! I'll be back soon!!

Sushi chef made experience terrible! Grumpy can’t accommodate request! Shouldn’t be in the service field! Use to love this place and came often now I’ll pass!

Sushi by Bou is a great omakase experience. It has a funky industrial vibe and the fish is next level. Each course was amazing and the drinks were fantastic.

Sushi by Bou was a mixed experience. The host team explained that our experience would begin at 10:15, explained that there were courses of sushi (an omakase) and at the end we would be able to order ala carte sushi from the menu. We sat against the wall and had a cocktail while waiting for the sushi bar to be ready. The sushi started to come from the guys behind the counter and it was really good! About half way through the omakase I noted it feels like we are being rushed. We had another round of cocktails during dinner. When we finished the omakase we began to start talking about what we would like to order in addition. The girl at the front asked why we didn’t want to order any more ala carte. We said we did but they aren’t offering any they are totally cleaned up. The host told us to come back earlier and in the reservation notes ask for the hour long experience. Then we were asked to move from our bar seats back against the wall to finish our drinks while we watched the guys behind the counter clean up. Great food, awful service and awful communication. Disappointing but tasty

We were a little put off by going to the basement and then through a graffiti covered door. But once the door was opened, it was an oasis of calm with two sushi chefs slicing fish. We went with the prepared menu. Each piece was more delicious than the last. And eating the sushi one piece at a time made it even all the more special. The rice was the most delicious I’d ever tasted. And the sauces were all so good. Our sushi chef was very interactive and friendly. His favorite piece was the fatty tuna - and he was right - it melted in your mouth! The host was very friendly and checked on us frequently. He let us stay a little longer as there wasn’t anyone coming in right after us. We left Sushi Bou very satisfied and making plans to return.
