Always a great time at Sushi by Bou! Incredible service, chefs, food and drinks! The playlist at the Hoboken location was also on point! We had the best time!

A neighborhood favorite! Sushi is always fresh and the value is tough to beat. Also love that the staff is consistent and make it a point to always acknowledge regular visitors! Excellent spot to bring out of town guests for a fun experience.

The service was poor, I told them no shellfish, I have an allergy and they put shrimp on my plate twice. My Date wanted soy sauce to dip her sushi in and they were refusing to supply untill I pushed it. When we were finshished the Bill with tip was $280.00 over priced. They rush you to get you in and out in an Hour. They for you to sit wear they want as well, I would never go back to much BS

The omakase was so amazing, every piece was delicious and love that it was explained as each piece was served. The quality is so good and it is such a unique experience! The service was also very good and bartenders and waiters/waitresses are super friendly, helpful, and fast. 10/10!!!

Amazing experience. The chef was very fun and explained every piece of the omakase menu in detail. I highly recommend trying the Big Mac as an extra.
