Welcome to Sushi By Bou’s Fins & Scales, New York’s most exclusive Kosher Omakase Experience. At F&S We use the highest quality fish, our seasoned Master Sushi Chef creates an intimate multi course experience that is one of a kind. This exclusive Omakase has a Sushi Bar with only 6 seats, where your 75 minute experience takes you through small plates, Nigiri, and handrolls, prepared one at a time in front of your eyes!” Our curated Omakase, meaning "Chef's Choice," 'promises a tantalizing journey through fantastic flavors. Our 15 course Kosher Omakase is $118 for a 60- minute experience.This once a week pop-up is located in the NYC Chabad headquarters and reservations are required. Incredible food and ambiance. Chef Alex was great and kept us entertained while watching him prepare our delicious dinner and got to add a la carte pieces once the dinner was over. Amazing option for kosher sushi and will definitely be back

A truly unique and wonderful experience. Amazing quality unparalleled to other sushi you’ve ever had (perhaps Naama but this is far more of a “experience”). Best to come in a group to enhance the overall social event.

SO GOOD. Food was tasty, vibes immaculate, and the chef was AMAZING. 10/10 would go here again but with a group of friends.

We really enjoyed our experience. The only thing that we though could make the experience better was to have other items other than nigiri options. That being said, the nigiri pieces that we had were incredible and the overall experience was amazing.

When my wife and I first stepped into the room, we found a quiet bar with just 6 seats (now 8) with the Chef standing there greeting us. We were instantly impressed by each course. Each course perfectly constructed in a way you would never think possible. The thought of adding orange to a piece of fish was quite astonishing yet the flavors blended together in a cohesive flavor profile like a painting by Picasso. I will surely be back to Fins and Scales very soon and hungrier than ever. Thank you Chef Kin, looking forward to the experience of a lifetime yet again.

Such a great experience. The chef struck the perfect balance of warm and informative while producing an incredible - taste and quality- culinary experience. Great for a date night!

This was such a unique and delicious experience! As a kosher consumer, we don't get to have this kind of sushi experience normally. It was lovely, interesting and so yummy!

Really wonderful food, and all around really welcoming hostess, who advised us about BYOB or buying drinks there, which was really nice. The time did feel a bit rushed because we arrived a bit late and there was another seating, so I wish, demand allowing, that the bookings be changed to maybe two seatings a night rather than the three currently bookable, to enable a more leisurely environment and experience.

Wow! Absolutely delicious. The best sushi I have ever had. So fresh and so flavorful!! The experience is great with a 6:1 ratio. The chef was A+ 10 stars!!!

This was the best Omakase I’ve ever had and I’ve been to Japan! I really loved the miso black cod, branzino, and tuna pieces. The chef explained the origins of each piece in a very intimate setting. This place is perfect for a friends’ get together, business meeting, or a date. There is only 6 people per sitting so it is quiet and a great place to talk. I highly recommend coming here.

Food was fantastic. However, this was our first Omakase experience and didn’t quite know what to expect. Advertised as an exclusive/private experience. Reservation was subsequently made and confirmed as a table for two. In reality we were seated at the venue’s one sushi bar with 4 other people. Apparently this is de rigueur for Omakase but we didn’t know it. Best for a fun night out, not for an intimate special celebration.
