We had the Bou experience and Orby our chef did not disappoint. Walking in it felt like we were transported to a speakeasy. From the first bite Orby promised us each bite get better. He was correct. We finished and we were disappointed it went by so fast. The entire staff was awesome. Thank you Sarah for the great drinks and Antonio for the great service. We were in town for the weekend only, but will be back next time in town.

visited my bff in NYC and found this spot after some research....a speakeasy located within a coffee shop had all the elevated vibes. The bar seats 8 and was so intimate. Each piece was more amazing than the last. Will definitely be back any time I'm in NYC!

BEST OMAKASE EVER!!! I have been to the jersey city location several times but got to experience my birthday last night at the Chelsea location!! The sushi is always fresh, expertly crafted and flavorful. Cocktails are delicious and the music and overall atmosphere is so fun. Shoutout to Imax and all the staff and sushi chefs for the unbelievable hospitality and amazing vibes always. They really made it a special birthday experience and I will always recommend this place to anyone!!!

My expectation was too high as I used to live in Tokyo, Japan for 4 years. The food is good but not excellent. The sushi rice was not top notch. My friend was hoping to get a 12 pieces instead of 17 one as she was just off the international 15-hour flight and could not eat much. Since I booked the 17-piece Omakase, they were not flexible to switch for her. We ended wasting some sushi rice. I will not return to this restaurant.
