Made a reservation that was unable to be canceled without a $35 charge per person (we tried). Upon arrival, our table was not ready, and there was no room at the bar to wait. They said it would be at least 20 minutes. It’s not the first time this has happened there - incredibly frustrating experience. Can’t recommend going.

Everything was fabulous! Both the food and the staff were awesome! A really cool fun place with seriously well prepared and quality food! I can’t wait to go back!!!

The gnocchi is out of this world. The appetizer sizes are a little small for the price, but the entrees are amazing. Everyone in our big group was so satisfied with their meal. We’d definitely go back!

Delicious food in a fabulous space centrally located in the West Village. Our waiter gave us great advice about the menu and provided excellent service without hovering. Pretty space too. We enjoyed ourselves and I’ll definitely go back.

I love everything about this place! Whether alone chatting with the personable bartenders or with friends, this restaurant is the perfect combination of friendly and fancy. Great happy hour, fresh pasta and the best burger in NYC. I stop in here regularly and am always happy I did...

Good and tasty food, excellent service, the host Nicolau with his group made a difference. We had the prosciutto, big portion and very good quality , and olives as appetizers, delicious. My grandson had the burrata with bacon and spaghetti, it was the best dish in the table, also we had shrimp with spaghetti and lasagna. Drinks were ok, but the dessert was very good. It’s gets noisy but is a good ambiance. Will definitely be back.

Grat charcuterie od cold cuts and cheese. The octopus with polenta y also delicious. Everything else is not authentic italian as they uses cream for the pasta (carbonara, cacio e Pepe). We love the spot though!

Highly disappointing. Gabriella wasn’t a very attentive or friendly server either. Food was ok but service was off.

Really great spot. Loved the ambiance which reminded me of sitting in a dining room. Pasta dishes are delicious. Very capable and efficient service. I will most certainly return.

Food and drinks were great! However the AC could not keep up, it was extremely hot, which made it very hard to enjoy our meal. Will try again in the fall!

We always love this restaurant. Server was fantastic and the food was great. The restaurant was very hot and not sure the A/C was working. Would have liked to stay longer and order more but could not handle the heat. But will always return because we like the food and service

Food was delicious but portions were small especially for the cost. My friend and I had one drink each and shared an appetizer and a meatless-pasta, and it was $70. Seems very high for such a casual place.

Great food, terrible service. Rude waitstaff, from the hostess to the waitress, and it gets quite crowded for a spot that doesn’t have any air conditioning. It’s a shame the staff is so rude, because it definitely put a damper on the delectable meal. Not only did the host refuse to help us when I had a reservation for over a month to take an inquiry from a walk-in, but the staff was engaged in side conversations instead of efficiently doing their jobs.

This place is ALWAYS good! We come by every-time we are in NYC, whether it’s brunch, dinner or happy hour I know the food is going to be outstanding and the service really special. I also love that you can book tables at short notice. Try their range of delicious spritzes, perfect start to a delicious meal! I usually get whatever the special is, this time it was scallop crudo with strawberries. Yum.

Love this place. The food is awesome and it’s a great vibe for anything from a date to a group dinner. Highly recommend their burger, one of my favorite in the city.

Despite having a small sharp piece of plastic in my Cacio e Pepe pasta, my meal was excellent. The tiramisu for dessert enchanted me even more. It was a delicacy. Great service and it was noisy just like a regular nyc restaurant on a Froday night during the pride parade.

This is my go to place. I love the bartenders and everyone that works here, great happy hour, best burger in New York City. In the summer, the whole front of the restaurant is open and airy making you feel like you're outside without the bustle of 7th Avenue traffic. In the winter, Suprema is a cozy place to duck in to get out of the cold. I feel so welcome here and the food is on point. Only drawback are desserts - this has not been their strong suit. I wish there was some kind of perfect dark chocolate molten cake or cookie as a chaser to the burger and wonderful wine list.

Amazing experience. It’s not that type of place, but they put a candle in the dessert and sang happy birthday because I requested it. They also helped me play an awesome prank on my GF by seating us at a 4-top even though we were only 2 people. Amazing food. Amazing service.

Suprema is one of my go to locations, especially when I have people visiting from out of town I always take them here! Our server was amazing, she was super friendly and helped to make sure we had an outstanding evening. I’d recommend this place to everyone and anyone.
