Local host Nell welcomes you into her beautiful 200-year-old home in Edinburgh's Georgian New Town for some traditional Scottish hospitality. Learn to cook traditional Scottish classics and enjoy a delicious dinner. Start the evening with an introductory chat about Scottish cooking while you enjoy homemade cheese oatcake and Edinburgh Scottish rhubarb and ginger gin liqueur with Nell. Learn to cook a traditional Scottish soup - Cullen Skink (smoked haddock, leeks, potato and cream). Make your own delicious all butter Scottish shortbread. Relax in the elegant sitting room and Nell will bring you a plate of Scottish haggis a Scottish dish you must try whilst in Edinburgh! Don't worry we won't make haggis, we leave that to a good butcher!
