New restaurant in Disney Springs. Decor etc are lovely, cool vibes. I hope it stays as it is and doesn’t turn into yet another “Disney” theme restaurant.

Excellent brunch! Signature guac and chips were spot on! Fresh and crispy chips were salted perfectly. The guac is chunky and buttery and the trio of salsas were fantastic. The huevos rancheros were delicious with eggs atop a cheese quesadilla with traditional accompaniments. Our server was sweet and attentive and the restaurant is gorgeous.

Nice place for an early brunch. Excellent service and quality food. Giant cinnamon roll is the highlight. It's big enough to share with whole table.

My experience at Summer House was truly winderful. The food was delicious to look at & to eat, the atmosphere was open & tables had space, the view was so great looking at the lake and the service was spot on. I will definitely be returning!
