We had reserved a table for 8:15 on the patio by the lake. When we arrived at 8:00, we were told it was doubtful to sit on the patio because people seated there refused to leave even after 3 to 4 hours to view the drone show. This doesn’t seem fair considering we could have done the same thing, but assumed it would be unacceptable to hold a table for over the time other than to actually being served. What do you think?

We had requested a table by the window over looking the lake. Because diners were “lingering” an excessive amount of time we were not only not given a lake view table but were relegated to a table in the corner of the bar area. We were not given the option (despite our asking) to wait for a table to open up. We ordered two apps - the deviled eggs and jalapeño cornbread. The cornbread was tasty but the eggs were super salty - the saltiness overpowering any other flavor in the filling. For dinner we ordered two pizzas and one Cobb salad. The salad was the best part of the meal - fresh and crisp with crispy chicken as the chosen protein. Only downfall was the dressing - very thick and not nearly enough to dress this dinner salad. The pizzas were sad. Cold and under cooked in spots. Unfortunately our server never checked in to see how everything was tasting so we muddled through, leaving more than half of the pizza uneaten. Dessert was good - frozen key lime pie with toasted meringue. Good combo and the slice was large enough for us to share.

Food and setting amazing . Server made us feel as though we were in Mc Donalads trying to take drinks and appetiser orders before we’d had a chance to look at the menu. Half of the family’s plates taken away whilst the others were still eating AND dessert order attempted to be taken whist we were still eating our entrées. The service negatively impacted our experience.

We had Angie again--actually we requested her after her supurb service last time and she rose to the occasion again. We sat in a different area, the bar, this time and it was good to experience a different vibe. We each had a sophisticated sangria which was one of the best we had ever had and was recommended by who else, Angie.

Our server was great and very attentive. Atmosphere was nice. Would like to be able to have a table where I can view the lake. Will visit again or find other locations is Summer House

Nick was an outstanding wait staffer and made us feel welcome and went out of his way to make our meal magical. When asked for his opinion on dining the advice he provided, enhanced of experience in a delish and rewarding way...
