If you are headed to Sullivans do yourself a favor and ask for Ryan S & Jamie L. Best service I’ve ever had. The food is amazing, the atmosphere is wonderful and the service is simply beyond.

Meredith, Cassidy and Kayla were amazing. They made my party feel so welcomed. We had such a good business lunch. Food was wonderful as always. Service was exceptional. I’ll definitely be back.

Excellent food and wonderful service. Our server Carlee was very friendlt and attentive to our needs. We look forward to dining with them again in the future.

Unfortunately, Sullivans Steakhouse Raleigh NC has experienced a significant decline in service and dining experience with a price that reflect a higher level of service. Our primary constructive criticism would be for the kitchen to time a groups courses together and for management & wait staff to ensure the timing. Over ten minutes apart plus missing main course items is unacceptable. We were not alone in our experience and heard apologies happening from wait staff and managers at our neighboring tables as well.

Multiple attempts to have steak properly prepared; all meals were served warm only, bordering cool; requested white wine was not chilled requiring a wait while it was chilled table side; poor value for overall experience vs meal price.

Waitress was fantastic and food was always as good. Wished they had a different menu for Mothers Day as was just the same as usual. No complaints!

Overall what you would expect from high end steak house. Appetizer was very slow coming out and my meal was cooked/made incorrectly. Everyone else’s meal was good

Our server Jamie was amazing. Very attentive and gave wonderful suggestions. Sullivans has been one of our favorite date night experiences for a while now but tonight was definitely a memorable occasion.

My daughter and I had an awesome experience at Sullivan‘s. Our waiter, Logan, was phenomenal and very attentive. He was also very knowledgeable about the specials as well as the dishes on the menu. The hostess was also very pleasant.

Table ordered 3 Cajun ribeyes medium rare. All three came out different doneness but acceptable. The cut and texture of all three were different. One was good and tender with marbling. The other two had tough gristle and had the texture and toughness of a sirloin.

We normally eat at Sully's in Charlotte. This Raleigh restaurant is situated in the "bar alley" area of town. Not upscale at all on a Friday night. The meal was almost 3 hours long. The lobster bisque was actually tons of chewy shrimp in water and curry. When we sent it back, they took it off the bill and explained someone prepared it incorrectly. Then we ordered lobster mashed potatoes and they covered it in the same "bisque". They recommended that we order our filets one level more done. That was a mistake. Our "medium" ended up being medium well. Still tasted good. When we ordered dessert, it took so long. The waiter finally came back and apologized saying that a 30 dessert order went in right before ours. Any ways, it wasn't terrible. Just a long dinner and average food. For the price, I'd expect a bit better. But we still love Sully's. Frequent customers for many years.

I never leave reviews, so this speaks volumes. It was my wife’s birthday and our waiter, Ryan C, was absolutely amazing. He went out of his way to make our visit a very special birthday for my wife. If that isn’t enough the food was absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend Sullivan’s!

Terrible service. Food didn’t arrive on time. My side came when all my food had been eaten. Told 3 people. No one cared. Manager came to our table and called my husband “brother.” Didn’t have silverware to eat with, didn’t have appetizer plates. Had to constantly ask for drinks to be refilled.

Steaks were burnt, drying. They prepared French onion soup for 1 hour, it was overcooked. All food overpriced . The service was ok.

Very difficult to navigate this restaurant in a wheelchair. In order to reach the restrooms in a wheelchair, we had to roll through the kitchen bus station as all the tables are too close together to fit. The men’s room handicapped stall was out of service and locked. The calamari was extremely spicy and not described as such on the menu or by the server. The salad was forgotten, potatoes were cold, steaks were fair. Charged for a mocktail that was undrinkable. Service was slow. This was at 2:00pm on Saturday with only 2 other tables with patrons in the restaurant. Disappointing experience and they used to be so good!

Our server Dylan was attentive and all of the dishes were fresh, hot and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend the bone-in filet!

The food portions for the pairing were very small. Left with a need to get something to actually provide a dinner. The drinks were very good and the service was excellent.

Our experience was amazing. Our waitress was Sarah Michael ….. and she was one of the best servers I’ve ever had. Her suggestions were spot on. We took my mother there for her 82nd birthday and she said it was her Best Birthday EVER !!! The portions were huge, so we left with enough to have a second meal. I can’t wait to go back ….. maybe I’ll have room for dessert!

You can't go wrong with Sullivan's. A classy place you can dress up to go out and enjoy a wonderful meal. Everything was excellent as usual--the steak, seafood, sides, and drinks that we had this time. A wonderful restaurant for Raleigh to have. Highly recommend.

The calamari was extremely rubbery and the lobster topped mashed potatoes were lacking in flavor. The service was good, but the food wasn’t worth it.
