It appeared that reservations were overbooked. Despite waiting an hour after my scheduled reservation, the food was exceptionally good, our server was exceptional, as well. Rate high in the food and atmosphere department, but this doesn’t make it ok to have multiple parties waiting two and even three hours to be seated, as other patrons were complaining of. Also the, what appeared to be the senior host at the front desk handled all complaints in a calm, respectful and pleasant manner. This caused me to be patient for my table to become available. Overall, I had a wonderful time.

The way the reservations were managed on Mother’s Day was terrible. My reservation was at 3:45 and we weren’t seated for over an hour. The lobby area was very crowded. The food service was slow, which I attribute to a booking problem, not a wait staff problem. The wait staff all were excellent. They were very nice, attentive and eager to help. The food portions for the cost was not a good value. I ordered Chilean Sea Bass and it appeared to be about a 5-7 ounce piece at best.

Went for Mother’s Day expected a wait, however food took over a hour and a half..we ended up just paying for the appetizers that did come out. Kinda ruined my Mother’s Day

Unfortunately, my first experience here was not good. The ambiance was great, and the servers were kind, but the kitchen staff seemed to have been unprepared and overwhelmed. We were seated immediately around 1:30 at the time of the reservation. Received the cocktail and one appetizer, which I did not care for (Sushi), around 2:30p and ordered entree. By 3:40p I requested the check because the food still had not come. We exited at 4p without eating. I am unsure if I would give it another try because I did not enjoy the appetizer. I can predict it might be better service on a less busy day, but it was an unfortunate experience

The kitchen was extremely slow, bar was was even slower, waitress kept coughing and not attentive, bathroom disgusting and it was not crowded so not sure why it was so terrible. Had to ask 3 times for my beverage and salad dressing. Manager came over to say things are hectic but again it was not crowded. Reservations at 6:30, food arrived around 8:30, never got refills and I will not be returning.

Our experience was very disappointing. The service was below standards for a high-end restaurant. The food was cold, the server brought out our entrées without having silverware on the table, the music was much too loud, and we couldn’t have a conversation at our table. One of our guest ordered the chicken and it was and inedible. They did take it off the bill. The best thing was the bread and butter.

My Ahi Tuna filet arrived at room temperature and dry as could be. I’ve never had a worse ahi tuna that I’ve ever had. The service was so slow I didn’t want to bother asking for another one. Also, the kitchen wasn’t able to deliver a baked potato.

Great experience and atmosphere was beautiful but the cut of my steak was terrible we ordered the porthouse for two?the filet side was fine but the other side was terrible it was like bone through the steak it was hard to cut

Max tried to do a good job. The hostess was very unfriendly. The bartender was absolutely horrible and made bad, incorrect drinks. Bartender seemed more interested in running the tvs instead of mixing drinks. I will not be back to this Sullivan’s.

It was my birthday, and when I tell you, I really enjoyed myself. The food was amazing. The ambience was everything. My waitress was so nice and sweet she accommodated everything that I ask her for.

Wonderful dinner celebrating my birthday. Food was delicious (steak salad, cheesesteak eggrolls, salmon, baked chicken, lobster soup, beef Wellington), all prepared with flavor. Also nice meeting the chef and complimented him as well. Beautiful interior, attentive and personable waiter (Martez). My entire family enjoyed the whole restaurant experience as well. Looking forward to our next visit!

all and all I’m not sure I would go back; if i did it would not to be seated at the bar. we went for dinner and it was incredibly loud but notice a quieter dining room in the back. food was good but way to expensive with limited menu. I shared the steak salad it was great for 2 people. NOTHING comes with the dinner all a la carte which makes it even more expensive. my husband ordered scallops which were fine just a plate of 5 scallops on a huge plate. It looked un appetizing so I ordered him a baked potato. For the amount of money and the ambiance I probably would go to a sports bar or pub before the event….but live and learn. PS use the bathrooms in the lobby

The food was great, meat was cooked to perfection ,sauces was saucing sides are made for 2 people. It was a little pricey but it was so worth it .Melvin was awesome well knowledgeable in his craft and very hospitable . It was really a great experience and I will definitely be returning.

I booked this place to bring my best friend for dinner for her birthday and overall the experience was good and our server was excellent! However, it took way too long for our dinner to come out and it was not cooked properly when it finally did come out. Management and our sever did go above and beyond to try to make up for the kitchens mistake. We will try this place again as we believe in second chances!

The service was horrible. Our server was rude and very disinterested in helping us. Not only would he give us attitude in our interactions, he was not attentive, and seemed upset or annoyed to be helping us. For a high-end steakhouse the experience was horrible and thus the value was very bad. I'm beyond upset after spending $300 and receiving such poor service. The only saving grace of the restaurant was that the food was good. Given all the choices in the area, I will not be returning and will not be recommending this restaurant. Very disappointing.

I love this place I went with my impatient Mom and she loved it as well.. waitress was very helpful and informed on the food and drink menu… and super attentive to our table.. I haven’t had a dish I don’t like here and the drinks are wonderful..❤️

The saving grace was that the food was solid. Everything else was rough. Normally we don't leave a negative review, but felt the need to share. Very, very, slow, as some other reviews have stated. 9:15p seating on a Saturday, it wasn't busy. Our food didn't show until almost 10:55p, 35 mins after salads were cleared. We weren't informed until 10:45p that they had no potatoes. All the food was quite good, but I would visit until they get the experience dialed in a bit better.

Please do not book a 10pm reservation because that’s the time they close . The bartenders were extremely extremely rude. Barely wanted to make us drinks barely wanted to service us . I will not be going back to this restaurant!

We recently celebrated my husband’s birthday at Sullivan’s Steakhouse, and it was phenomenal! The ambiance was elegant, the service impeccable, and the steaks were cooked to perfection. The sides were delicious, and the dessert was just as amazing. Would highly recommend for a great dining experience!

My server Haley was attentive and aware of all the menu had to offer. My food was served promptly and fresh. Definitely a great location for a date night or business dinner, could easily have conversation while enjoying the ambiance.

This experience was so amazing, My husband and I had Haley as our service and she was nothing short of amazing! Food was great and hot couldn’t have asked for anything better.

I throughly enjoyed my birthday dinner. The staff were all friendly with smiles. The food was great. Our waitress, Hailey, I think, was amazing. I rate them a 10. I will be returning.
