I recently attended a family member's birthday celebration at a nice restaurant with friendly staff. Despite having a reservation for Thursday at 7pm, the restaurant was surprisingly empty. The food arrived promptly and was presented well, but the taste was mediocre. We ordered a variety of dishes, such as rainbow patties, Hot Honey Chicken and waffles, Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich, Spaghetti in Marinara Sauce with shrimp, a Margarita, and two non-alcoholic beverages. The prices were on the higher side, with a 20% gratuity already added to the bill. We ended up paying nearly $300, which was unexpected. In addition, we paid extra for the waiter to perform a Happy Birthday song. Overall, I felt that the prices did not match the quality of the food and service. Furthermore, the bathrooms were unclean and lacked proper disposal for paper towels, leading to a messy situation. I do not intend to revisit this restaurant in the future.

Took my son son for his 4th Birthday as well as Mother’s Day dinner for myself . Had a table of 9 was very impressed by the customer service provided by waiters manager on duty he was exceptional. The food was amazing and was something for all ages ranging from 4y-65y. The drinks were a bit pricey but for the celebration and detail entailed it was well worth it. Definitely planning to go back soon.

We had a great time! We had some friends from Stockholm Sweden visiting and they really lived the food and drinks. The service was timely and very professional. I will definitely be coming back again soon!

Reservations mean nothing. We were told we would have to wait more than half an hour after our reservation time so we ate in the bar.

We were seated early for our reservation and our server was very attentive. The drinks were delicious and fun (who doesn’t love a smoking cocktail?). The tomato soup was very good but the rest of the food was lackluster. Let’s face it - you’re not going there for the gastronomy. You’re going there for pretty pictures to post on social media. They were out of the little rubber ducks that are supposed to come with the mimosa flight and that was our biggest disappointment. We wanted one to remember our trip - would have been nice to have a substitute. Overall a solid experience though.

Our waiter was great, excellent service. Food was horrible. Mozzarella sticks were burnt, burgers for both of my daughters were nasty. The French fries were the only item that had flavor. Never spent this amount of money for bad food.

Adults partying with kids is weird, my 12 year old daughter was annoyed with the cheers and screaming from adults. 3 of us had burgers my husband had a meal and the steak was over cooked and the rice was hard. We celebrated my sons birthday and the waiter keep forgetting things like napkins drinks and his birthday candles. Wait was so long we left, my son didn’t even want the dessert. We will never go back.

The food is great, the music and ambience was amazing! Our server Hope made my daughter’s 12th birthday extra special, he was very attentive and even recommended items on the menu which she really enjoyed!

Honestly was disappointed. Our server didn't tell us until after our meal that the shake machine was down which was the reason we came. Kids were disappointed and would have ordered something different for lunch had we known. Didnt realize had to order brunch before 3

The host made no effort to accommodate our friend in a wheelchair. When we asked her if they had an elevator we could use for our table on the second floor she simply said no and expected our wheelchair bond friend to leave or hop up and down the stairs. Thankful a very kind waiter offered us the employee elevator as an option. Service was honestly terrible. Won’t recommending or returning.

The restroom was dirty, and the door on one of the stales was broken. The mirror was extremely dirty. One of the waiters was trying to flirt with my minor child.

Drinks were amazing. Place was cute. Food was ok. Bathroom is the worst I have ever been in. It was dirty and there was NO toilet paper in 2 of the stalls but dirty toilet paper in the floor. I would suggest some fixing up and a thorough cleaning.

This location is small Sugar need to find a bigger location for this area. The first three items I ordered was not available. Sugar has an amazing menu of desserts other locations actually have pictures of the desserts that helps a lot when you have children with you since many people go there to celebrate birthdays they can do better . Love Sugar but not this location

Before I went I read the reviews and they weren’t great, but my experience was awesome! The service was friendly and quick. Dean was our server. The food was delicious, great portions and very good! The specialty drinks are quite expensive ($20 milkshakes) so be prepared for that. All in all I would recommend Sugar Factory. The menu is very extensive, something for everyone!

Was a really cool place to go drinks are super neat but we made a reservation and we're stuck waiting while other people who were just walking in from the street with no reservation got seated first. That is my only complaint, the rest was amazing!!!

The decor of this place is what makes it appealing—a nice job was done with the neon lighting and trees for instagram worthy shots. They know how to market with their celebrity drinks and photos. The cost of a $42 nitro drink is absolutely overpriced, and their food, unfortunately, left much to be desired. It was not much better than a Ruby Tuesday or Applebees aside from the rainbow pancakes and burgers, which are fun for the kids. I also thought it odd that with a 2:15pm reservation, they would only serve breakfast or brunch. I think the service was good but novice, not high end care. A better job could be done keeping the “to dos” behind the scenes with some more enthusiasm and energy in their service. When you first walk into Times Square location, it was confusing where to go until the host greets you… she was upstairs, and two parties were left to figure it out. I would come back for the showstopper shake on an evening but definitely skip dinner.

We were very eager to take my daughter here for a pre-birthday party celebration. Our reservation was 11:45 AM on Sunday morning. Our waitress barely said two words. She would not accommodate a change from a milkshake to a chocolate milk for my daughter. It was obvious our request for plates and napkins irritated her and to be quite honest, the overall experience was less than subpar. My almost 9 year old left the establishment questioning why we thought our server "had such a bad attitude". I've used cleaner port-a-potties then their restrooms. Toilet seats were half attached out of paper towels and soap and stank. I will say the food was tasty and the woman who took photos was lovely. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

Was nervous to come due to reviews but my experience was great!! Came for my bfs birthday!! We took a while to order cause we were not sure what to get . Server was patient. After ordering, drinks came in 5-10min & food came 10min after all at once ! . but in the end we got ( chicken picata 29$ 8.5/10, Cajun chicken penne Alfredo 30$ 10/10, passion fruit lemonade 10$ 8/10, strawberry lemonade smash 42$ 9/10, carne asada tacos 24$ 10/10) it was an amazing experience atmosphere was beautiful , food and drinks were super good! You get water in the start while you order which was really good and cold. our server was great! Memorized our order without needing to write it down?!! Music was pretty loud but it’s not problem . There is a 20% service charge (25$) which we did not mind cause ofc our server was great . In total our bill for the both of us came 161.09 $ Overall great visit!

Sorry, this place was overhyped. The waitress was very friendly, but they barely had menu items. It was Sunday night, and they had run out of drinks and some food items. My daughter wanted a pink princess, and they didn't even have the pink cotton candy to put in the drink. The kicker was they added a 20% gratuity and couldn't even provide me with what I wanted to eat!! I had to settle for a mediocre burger, and they charged me 20% gratuity!!! SMH!! Neither my daughter got the drink we wanted, and I didn't get the meal I wanted. NEVER AGAIN! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT!!!

The service wasn’t up to par for the pricing being charged for the food. Waitress didn’t know her menu so that delayed my son’s food from coming out on time. The special drink that are non- alcoholic are to overpriced $32 vs the alcoholic drinks that are $42 that being said if, the service was better and the waitress knew the menu better especially in that busy location people wouldn’t mind to pay but too much waiting around for simple items like condiments that should be with your food like syrup when ordering chicken & waffles.

Tight table space. Long time for wait service. Drinks took more than 30 mins to arrive (water and coffee). Food came out before water and coffee. Pricing exceeds value.

Won’t be returning- like EVER Server was kind, but not particularly knowledgeable. I assume she was new. We’ve all been there. Do not go here if anyone in your party has food allergies. Ordered a plain hamburger due to dairy allergy and received a cheeseburger when I sent it back they returned it to me having tried to take the cheese off unsuccessfully. Food was pretty bad. Hard to mess up diner food… Our visit was beyond a disappointment, and we had to rope in the manager who did their best to make it up to us. The goblet drinks are fun but at $30 a drink, I would say it’s an expensive experience that I won’t be returning for. Min spend is $75 per person for crap food and a cool looking drink
