Sugar Factory American Brasserie, America’s favorite eatery and celebrity hotspot, expands in New York with their new Times Square location. The family-friendly, high-energy, celebration destination known for its sweets and treats is set to open in New Yorks famous Times Square.

    They had the AC on so hard our napkins wouldn’t stay on the table. It was FREEZING.

    Slow service and gratuity automatically applied at 20% for parties over 1. Bathrooms were very dirty. Bad smell in the whole building. Would not recommend.

    This place is definitely a vibe but not our vibe. This place was extremely loud and you can tell the space is a little rundown. Everything is very expensive for what you actually get and the service left something to be desired. The drinks are fancy and fun and that is approximately the highlight.

    This was a very sad, disappointing dining experience. It was not the fun I was expecting at all. The establishment is run down and has seen better days. Chipped paint, cracked dishes, and glasses. The food was not good and the menu highlighted items that are only available during certain hours which was a huge let down for my child. The bathrooms were so dirty and the sink was leaking water all over the floor. I find it amazing this is still open charging high prices for such a lack luster experience.

    I asked for a birthday dessert for my daughter and it was never brought. She was devastated. We did not receive our food for over 45 minutes after ordering despite the table next to us, which was sat after us, getting their food in a timely manner. No one checked on us during our meal so we could not request anything. Overall, terrible experience for my daughter’s 15th birthday. She had been looking forward to this for months. We won’t be back.

    A fun place to take kids but seems a little run down. Spend some money to get new glasses where the logo isn’t chipped off, clean up the bathrooms (they were gross) and don’t run out of food by lunchtime.

    Cindy was a great server. Planned a perfect birthday song for my daughter’s 15th birthday.

    It was my daughter’s birthday and she did not receive the same service as I witness others that were celebrating their birthday that day. Everyone else received a song played (Up in the club by 50 cents, Cake by Rihanna, Level up by Ciara, etc) a dance routine and the happy birthday song sang by atleast 4-5 staff members. She did not receive a song played nor a dance routine. 3 staff member came over to sing happy birthday and that was all. I also was not pleased with being charged for sparklers for her birthday. If customers were spending their money and spending almost $400 on food/drink service, the least that can be done is not charge for sparklers, that you cant even keep. I will not be returning.

    This was a nice place to experience a different take on food. The food was ok. I would definitely recommend sharing as it’s a lot of food. I think it was a bit overpriced. With that being said, it was still a great experience.
