Sugar Factory Tampa will be located at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino at 5223 Orient Road, Tampa, FL 33610. Sugar Factory American Brasserie will be open weekdays from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. and weekends from 11a.m. – 1a.m. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served daily and brunch will be available on Saturdays and Sundays. Sugar Factory Tampa will be located on the Mezzanine level of the casino, overlooking the grand entrance, within the newly opened hotel and casino. The 120-seat full-service restaurant will feature the brand’s signature confectionary, which boasts a 4,000-square-foot, floor-to-ceiling candy wall with over 500 types of candy, including a selection of bulk and novelty candy like the world-famous Couture Pops. Complementing the candy, the café will also offer coffees, hot chocolate, frozen hot chocolate, homemade specialty rainbow doughnuts and pastries in addition to homemade gelato and ice cream.

    We were there to celebrate two graduation achievements. This is a place where you go to celebrate at any age. The manager went out of his way to make sure it was special and congratulated. We enjoyed everything very much and ended our meal splitting a banana split that was outstanding.

    We dined here for my daughter’s 12th birthday. The amazing and fun desserts is what initially peaked my interest to dine here. Overall a fun place. It was unexpectedly cramped, loud and not the cleanest. The glasses all have a cloudy rim which is a concern and due to cramped area you saw brooms and other items which gave it more of a bar feel. The customer service was pretty great and even with all his tables sat tables our waiter was very attentive. The food was hot and delicious even though they were out of a lot of items. We ordered the sampler platter, brick chicken, tenderloin, the Alfredo pasta and an insane milkshake. I did not prefer how small it was nor the idea it was so close a smoky casino. If they moved the location or made it larger I’d be a return customer.

    We were there for 3 hours, our food was at our table after 2 hours and we have to ask our server for more sodas because he never brought us more water or sodas. The food was ok but a grilled cheese was burn on one side if the sandwich. We supposed to have a graduation celebration but was awful. My poor son was waiting for some dessert they promised and never happened. People who got there after us got their food first and left before us. We look for another service assistant to pay and leave. NEVER AGAIN!

    Sugar Factory at the Hard Rock Casino in Tampa, FL is a great place to dine. The food is great and the atmosphere and staff is always inviting. Love this place!
