Coming Sugar Factory American Brasserie, America’s favorite eatery and celebrity hotspot, expands with its newest location in the notable Resorts World New York in Queens, opening to the public August 2021. The 12,000-square-foot location is the 22nd location for the world-famous brand celebrating 10+ years serving the most decadent sweets and treats around the world.

Sugar Factory at Resorts World New York will be located at the porte cochère entrance to the resort. The 218-seat restaurant dining room is a contemporary rendition of an old Paris brasserie bar featuring hot air balloon banquets, café seating, floral lined walls, two large white illuminated canopy trees, and an impressive DJ booth. A private dining area with a stand alone cocktail bar will complete the room, with an additional 14 bar seats for guests to enjoy. Upon entrance, diners will be greeted by a life-size, instagrammable flower wall with neon wall art.

Brunch just got sweeter at Sugar Factory American Brasserie with the debut of its high-energy Branson Brunch party every Sunday from 1-8 p.m. Attendees can expect an electric live DJ, live saxophone entertainment, party-style bottle presentations with letter board displays and sparklers, strobe lights, LED party robots, neon glow sticks and confetti cannons. The vibe was great. We got there for a late dining. The service took a while to come to our table. But the waiter was very nice and polite. The food and drinks are awesome. This is my 3rd time coming. Every time I go there I like the different experiences.

They made my 18th birthday an amazing experience, the waiter was extremely kind & catered to us well. The food didn’t take long & tasted delicious ❤️. The energy was on a 10 when they came out with my cake 🤗

Our server monclair was amazing. We went to celebrate my niece’s 25th birthday and he was so patient and attentive even with her changing her mind twice.

Our server Onyx ensured we had all that we needed and more he was the best for my party because he was attentive understanding and cooperative the whole time. My son enjoyed his 8th birthday at sugar factory a memory he will not forget.

Our server Marcus was AMAZING. He was attentive and accommodated anything we needed. It was for my Goddaughter’s birthday and he really made it extra special. Food was good, we had the one appetizer, chicken tacos, chicken & waffles, shrimp fajitas. Chicken fingers & fries for 2 kids. The drinks were fire!! We had the mango and passion fruit margaritas. The overall price for things were definitely on the higher side which I didn’t expect for Queens comparing it to the one on Time Square. Oh and they kept taking pictures, print & frame them for $25 each. We spent $300+ for 3 grown ups (one drink each) and 2 kids.

Sugar factory was great from the host Trinity very good at her job from our waiter Marcus also great at his job. The food was good the drinks are great and the ambiance was very nice my family and I loved it we will definitely go back.

Horrible! Understaffed! I understand they are understaffed, but no compensation from management when I expressed my issues. Food was cold, coffee was cold, disgusting taste, missing food items, slow service and no acknowledgment to the table. To top it off they added a mandatory 20% gratuity to the bill. No discount at all besides a free dessert for my daughter’s bday. Will not recommend at all. Disgusting!

We had the best time! We felt like celebrities!! Everything was so special & unique! Shout out to Trinity! She called my phone (thanks to Open Table) & located my daughter's missing Stuffie! We will absolutely be back! 10/10!

Server named Zaniya H. Did not listen properly when serving me and my guest. As this was the 2nd time I have booked a reservation with this restaurant. Then, I waited more than 20 mins to be served with only 3 items. Also, I'm being seated in the same table# 44 both times I arrived like im a criminal having to be watched closely. Also the dishes are not properly cleaned either the napkin has hair or the plate is just dirty. I live close to this location so I'll just have to shop around if I want to be satisfied

Bad service hardly anyone there few ppl celebrating a birthday everything took so long to come out mini burgers I could of went to White Castle instead main dishes came out cold I wouldn’t recommend this location at all I repeat drive to the city instead or fly to Miami

The staff were awesome! However I felt like the food was not that great and very overpriced. My chicken was raw and had to send it back. I would go again if my kids really wanted it.

Our waiter was super friendly and helpful. He was great w all the kids at the other tables. Didn't have to wait too long and didn't feel rushed. Large portions of food that were good. Although spinach dip was alittle soupy.

This was my family and I first time at Sugar Factory so our expectations were very high. I loved the decor and ambience, very nice vibe. The waiter was very nice but could have been more attentive but I think they were short staffed. The menu was very overwhelming and the food wasn’t enjoyable. I tried the Sesame Chicken Stir fry and I think the cook used too much sauce but everyone I was with complained about the food. Maybe a new cook is needed. I def don’t think the drinks are worth 40$ but my daughter enjoyed it !!

Emilio was our waiter. He was very attentive. Gave suggestions and recommendations. Our food came quickly. It was my daughter’s 15th Birthday and she loved it. Thank you Emilio for making it an unforgettable celebration. Despite the reviews we absolutely loved our visit and would be returning. Thank you🙌🏾 Take care.

The Sugar Factory in Queens, is decorated nicely. Unfortunately, the food was not to be desired. For such high end prices, the fact that there were no salt and pepper shakers on the table was ridiculous. No ketchup, no dipping sauce for the wings, the buns were stale, I will stop there. In addition, there was another party having dinner and their children were jumping behind the booths, sliding on the floor, throwing the ducks and ice, hitting other customers. It was disheartening that staff members witnessed this behavior and did nothing about it. Sadly to say I will not be returning, nor will I recommend The Sugar Factory in Queens.

I took my daughter for her 8th birthday and I’m beyond satisfied with the service, ambience and food quality. The server was great and very attentive and brought my daughter an ice cream and sang happy bday. The negative reviews definitely reflect the type of customer because everything was great and I’m speaking on someone who has visited the Manhattan location. This is the top Sugar Factory Restaurant. Very clean as well.

GOOD TIME!!! We had an extremely bad rainy day so I had a few cancellations they accommodated us perfectly!!! I had the Heny Moon drink it was AWESOME!!! We came for the food and drinks BUT I do have to say… WOW missed opportunity on the candy store that’s attached it was kind of crappy… Get more ducks and different kinds of straws and the bling lollipops (the two that were there were definitely old). It could be so great other than that my turkey burger was amazing and the fries were fantastic! 🍭🍭🍭

My experience at sugar factory queens was nothing short of exceptional it was was a delight from start being seated to the end singing happy birthday to my daugther delicious food, impeccable service, thank you to our waiter Robert you where wonderful my daughter had an amazing birthday!!

We went in celebration of my daughters birthday. I was very skeptical after all the poor reviews. The food was, eh, very generic. A beefed up Applebee's if you will. The highlight of the afternoon was our server, Robert. I read all the reviews about how wonderful he is, and I have to admit, he's fabulous. He's very attentive, personable, and joyful. We had a very nice time thanks to him. Thanks, Robert!!
