Overall the food was more than amazing. I had ordered a cheesy burger and there were several issues; the store was out of bacon, I asked for Swiss and cheddar cheeses instead of American but it came with only Swiss on it, it should have been a single but was a double, and finally it was very overdone & dry for medium.

The staff and entertainment is awesome. But we had two reservations for 7 pm and one table got sat at 730 and another at 8pm…the gave us a free dessert …but the wait staff is great and always makes it fun.

Be forewarned it’s really loud! It was fun once we got used to it but a few in our group are sensitive to noise so I wish we’d been warned. Sad they didn’t have allergy menus like some of their location seem to. That said we all found food to enjoy. It’s a fun place for a big group and or celebration but otherwise I probably wouldn’t go regularly.

Brought my daughter here for her 9th birthday celebration and she loved it!! Food was mediocre. Drinks, dessert, and service were amazing!!!

Terrible service terrible preparation. I come to eat at this place with a reservation to then arrive and be told. They are very limited on food that they didn’t even have burgers. I did appreciate the truth and honesty of the waiter for telling my family of 6 that they didn’t have much I ended up leaving immediately

We went to this location for mother's day and it was terrible. My husband and I never got the waters we ordered, it seemed like the waiter couldn't wait to leave. Alcoholic drinks took forever. They were also out of almost everything on their menu and when we got our food, we needed condiments cause everything tasted like nothing but the server was nowhere to be found. Terrible experience.

This is my 3rd time visiting this location. On my 2nd visit, 4 people in my party were told the items they ordered weren't available, 10 minutes after the order was put in. My 3rd visit consistented of three mother's and my youngest son who turned 21 on 5/12. My husband ordered a burger. He asked for two cups of blue cheese, multiple times from multiple servers, he never received it. I was sitting next to him and I asked for extra syrup and honey mustard, I received it immediately. My daughter didn't receive her food until after our entire dinner party had received and eaten their entire meal due to the fact that the server put in the wrong order for her meal. When she did finally receive her food, she took one bit, spit it out, second bit had to spit that out also, the chicken was so tough it was inedible. It took over 15 minutes to receive a refill on our drinks which were 3 waters, even though our table was directly across from the bar. My son, turned 21 on the day of our visit. I didn't realize until the drinks arrived at our table that he not only was able to order an alcoholic beverage for himself but also one for my daughter who was sitting next to him without ever being asked for identification keeping in mind our server had no idea it was his bday or that he turned 21 that day. UNACCEPTABLE!!! When we first arrived we were fighting off one gnat by the time we left, it was four. This experience was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. With the nonstop issues we experienced, not even once did a manager come to our table!! Collectively, we will never be returning ever again!!!!!!!

We booked this restuarant hoping to celebrate Mothers Day with a fun cool vibe. When we got there, the restaurant looked like it was close. Once inside the whole vibe was off. When we were seated you could tell that things were going to be off. Our server said we could only order from the brunch menu, which it was ok because that's what we went for. They had "Chicken & Waffles" on the menu so we went ahead and tried to order that. The server said they had no chicken. One strike. Then tried ordering one of the hamburgers, to him going back to the kitchen to checking if they even had one of the hamburger ingredients. Second strike. Then taking our drink order, we asked for coffee, and of course they didnt have any coffee for brunch. Third strike. We got up and decided to leave. If we had stayed, we knew service was going to be spotty and with the pricey menu items. We didn't want to spend another second in that restaurant for our Mothers Day meal. Unfortunate.

My recent visit to the Sugar Factory was incredibly disappointing. Firstly, they were out of most items on their menu, which severely limited our dining options. The staff's attitude was also unacceptable, as they were consistently rude and unaccommodating. To make matters worse, despite waiting for 40 minutes, we received no service whatsoever. Due to this lack of attention and the overall unpleasant atmosphere, we made the decision to walk out. It's truly unfortunate that such a renowned establishment failed so miserably in providing a satisfactory dining experience.

We came for my daughter’s 6th birthday. Her celebration was amazing, she got to pick a song of her choice “whip/nae nae.” The staff and waiter did a great job hyping her up. Also, this came with a dessert of choice. Overall experience, 9/10 the pasta and macaroni balls weren’t the best, but the wings and drinks were good.

The food was good. Host who seated us was ok. Asked to sit elsewhere but dont think he like that. Our table wasnt set when we arrived,even though we had a reservation. Was really loud,could hardly hear what the other was saying. Overall would not return again

We made reservations based on the menu that we saw online and when we went in the menu was very different and they were out of a lot of things so we just left a tip. The service was great. The hostess was friendly. It just didn’t have the proper food to have before dessert.

Oh my lord! I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had tonight at the Sugar Factory of Orlando. I’ve never been so impressed by a server and staff as a whole. They took a difficult situation and turned it into a night of some great memories for me and my friend. It was my friend's birthday and they made her feel special and provided for which was absolutely amazing, but our server, Ariel, went above and beyond! He provided quick amazing service despite multiple seat changes due to a growing party and tough customers. I appreciated the support and consistent smiles (and amazing food as always) which made my friend’s birthday extra special. I will 100% be coming back to eat and party with the staff. Thank you again Ariel!!

Our server was wonderful, our food was good. However, our food came out long before we got drinks and one meal took 20 minutes longer than the rest. Call me crazy, I would time the ticket around the well done salmon - which shouldn't have taken that long...though it was a very good salad once it finally arrived. Everything in the place is sticky and the bathrooms were out of toilet paper for well over an hour on a Sunday with open tables. It's unfortunate that they seemingly only cater to tourists and don't seem to care about things like loooong ticket times, etc. Never saw a manager though I imagine there was one. Fun for a one-off, I want to go back - kind of.

Seriously loud all the time. I understand the bday parties, but ❗ Salmon was cold, the burger was cold, and spaghetti for the chicken parmesan was cold. I didn't want to try the desert since everything else was so unpleasant.

Can’t keep your $50 goblet. Kids can’t keep the shake cups, AND no rubber ducky they advertise. They didn’t give any thought or care to my sons birthday. Every question I asked was met with a no. I won’t ever try another one. Complete waste of money.

We made reservations. We requested outside seating on our reservations and also noticed another couple enjoying their outside table. The hostess told us she was not allowed to seat us outside. When mentioning someone else was outside they said that was due to a waitress agreeing to serve them. Hardly anyone was seated inside and the temperature inside was freezing. No one seemed to be polite or accommodating. They could care less if we left, stayed or uncomfortable.

We may have just been unfortunate with our experience, and to be honest the food was good. But our overall experience was poor. The service was terrible, after checking in we were seemingly forgotten about for 20 minutes and were o my shown to our table, that had sat empty the whole time after I questioned this. Our food kept getting taken to the wrong tables, we didn’t receive the novelty duck that you’re supposed to receive with the rainbow sliders, and were told they’d ran out, although we weren’t made aware of this when we placed our order. For our children this was probably the only reason they ordered them. Then when it came to dessert the milkshakes, which were delicious, sat for 15 minutes in the bar waiting to be served to us, and the sundae we ordered never arrived at all. We were told it had been wrongly served to other customers twice. A bit all show no substance in our experience

Went here on a girls trip to get an Insane Milkshake and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was so fun, the food was delicious, and our shake was incredible! Our waiter was so nice. We will go back on our next trip to Orlando!

It took 2.5 hours to get our food. We knew it wasn’t our waitress - she was awesome, people all around us got their food and left before we were ever served. It was disappointing.

It’s cool to go to once in a while. It’s my third time (twice in Orlando; once in Biloxi). I enjoy the liveliness, although when it’s Birthday time, you can’t hear anything since they blast the music, but it’s still pretty cool. The food is good…priced similar to other tourist traps in Orlando. But the drunk prices are stupidly insane.

We were seated and the server came to take our order quickly; greeting us with, “Sup?” He changed out my daughter’s water glass for a plastic cup after we noticed it was dirty with red lipstick on it. I ordered the grilled cheese and tomato soup and it was fine. My daughter said she enjoyed her buffalo chicken sandwich, but it had a hard chunk in it that she couldn’t chew through; I’m not sure what it was. My son ordered the breakfast burger even though the waiter warned us that they were out of bacon. The egg and hashbrowns were soaked with oil but he said the burger and waffle were okay. There was a thick skin on top of my son’s ketchup cup even though my daughter’s ketchup cup was normal. How long does ketchup have to sit out to form a skin?! Days?…. For dessert we ordered the Cookie Monster milkshake. I noticed the donut had a hair in the frosting immediately when he sat it down on the table; but I just pulled it off, and my kids started to eat it. A few seconds later, they found another hair on the donut and then another on the cookie. After three hairs I told them to stop eating it and asked the waiter to remove it from our table and our bill. The waiter did so immediately and then suggested we could go to Häagen-Dazs across the plaza for dessert and WE DID. He didn’t even seem surprised by the dirty cup or the hairs in our food and never once suggested that he would let a manager know that there were such gross issues. This is definitely not the service I would expect for this price point. It seemed like the whole place was run by teenagers.

There was very little turkey in the club but lots of paper in the sandwich. The manager took it off the bill, but I didn’t want to eat after that

It was very nice I was very impressed with the staff the restaurant it self definitely will be back with the woman that I love and my kids and my family the sever forgot to put our food in but she's only human the manager took my sampler off the menu but overall it was a great experience 🙂

The restaurant experience was outstanding. Love the music and birthday experiences. The drink I originally ordered was not good at all. I requested it be removed but was told they couldn't and had to get another drink that was acceptable. I still didn't drink it all, only half. Sheila, our waitress was great. I had penne pasta with grilled chicken. I wasn't that impressed with the chicken, but pasta and sauce were great. Would come back for appetizer only and ambiance.

I was very disappointed in The Sugar Factory. Food was mid. Nothing extravagant about it. If you are going for drinks or dessert your experience may be different. My 19 year old and her friends were not pleased. After a $300 bill we still had to find food within an hou. However, our waitress did her best and was attentive.
