Overall the food was more than amazing. I had ordered a cheesy burger and there were several issues; the store was out of bacon, I asked for Swiss and cheddar cheeses instead of American but it came with only Swiss on it, it should have been a single but was a double, and finally it was very overdone & dry for medium.

The staff and entertainment is awesome. But we had two reservations for 7 pm and one table got sat at 730 and another at 8pm…the gave us a free dessert …but the wait staff is great and always makes it fun.

Be forewarned it’s really loud! It was fun once we got used to it but a few in our group are sensitive to noise so I wish we’d been warned. Sad they didn’t have allergy menus like some of their location seem to. That said we all found food to enjoy. It’s a fun place for a big group and or celebration but otherwise I probably wouldn’t go regularly.

Brought my daughter here for her 9th birthday celebration and she loved it!! Food was mediocre. Drinks, dessert, and service were amazing!!!

Terrible service terrible preparation. I come to eat at this place with a reservation to then arrive and be told. They are very limited on food that they didn’t even have burgers. I did appreciate the truth and honesty of the waiter for telling my family of 6 that they didn’t have much I ended up leaving immediately

We went to this location for mother's day and it was terrible. My husband and I never got the waters we ordered, it seemed like the waiter couldn't wait to leave. Alcoholic drinks took forever. They were also out of almost everything on their menu and when we got our food, we needed condiments cause everything tasted like nothing but the server was nowhere to be found. Terrible experience.

This is my 3rd time visiting this location. On my 2nd visit, 4 people in my party were told the items they ordered weren't available, 10 minutes after the order was put in. My 3rd visit consistented of three mother's and my youngest son who turned 21 on 5/12. My husband ordered a burger. He asked for two cups of blue cheese, multiple times from multiple servers, he never received it. I was sitting next to him and I asked for extra syrup and honey mustard, I received it immediately. My daughter didn't receive her food until after our entire dinner party had received and eaten their entire meal due to the fact that the server put in the wrong order for her meal. When she did finally receive her food, she took one bit, spit it out, second bit had to spit that out also, the chicken was so tough it was inedible. It took over 15 minutes to receive a refill on our drinks which were 3 waters, even though our table was directly across from the bar. My son, turned 21 on the day of our visit. I didn't realize until the drinks arrived at our table that he not only was able to order an alcoholic beverage for himself but also one for my daughter who was sitting next to him without ever being asked for identification keeping in mind our server had no idea it was his bday or that he turned 21 that day. UNACCEPTABLE!!! When we first arrived we were fighting off one gnat by the time we left, it was four. This experience was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. With the nonstop issues we experienced, not even once did a manager come to our table!! Collectively, we will never be returning ever again!!!!!!!

We booked this restuarant hoping to celebrate Mothers Day with a fun cool vibe. When we got there, the restaurant looked like it was close. Once inside the whole vibe was off. When we were seated you could tell that things were going to be off. Our server said we could only order from the brunch menu, which it was ok because that's what we went for. They had "Chicken & Waffles" on the menu so we went ahead and tried to order that. The server said they had no chicken. One strike. Then tried ordering one of the hamburgers, to him going back to the kitchen to checking if they even had one of the hamburger ingredients. Second strike. Then taking our drink order, we asked for coffee, and of course they didnt have any coffee for brunch. Third strike. We got up and decided to leave. If we had stayed, we knew service was going to be spotty and with the pricey menu items. We didn't want to spend another second in that restaurant for our Mothers Day meal. Unfortunate.

My recent visit to the Sugar Factory was incredibly disappointing. Firstly, they were out of most items on their menu, which severely limited our dining options. The staff's attitude was also unacceptable, as they were consistently rude and unaccommodating. To make matters worse, despite waiting for 40 minutes, we received no service whatsoever. Due to this lack of attention and the overall unpleasant atmosphere, we made the decision to walk out. It's truly unfortunate that such a renowned establishment failed so miserably in providing a satisfactory dining experience.

Highly overrated restaurant food is nothing special and we waited for 1:30 for our food and they burned the food. I will never come back here
