We were sat upstairs and it was so freaking hot we had to leave. There was no airflow and they had the windows open. The Vegas heat was cranking so there was no way we could eat in that environment.

Our waiter Brennen was very scatterbrained and continued swearing while serving us. We were there for a child birthday. He forgot about half the food we ordered. Honestly food was mediocre at best and the cups for the large drinks are so faded and dirty looking. Overpriced for what t was and the take 20% gratuity and honestly he wasn’t worth even half that

We have eaten here before and now realize it has really went down hill. We chose this for mothers day for 6 of us mothers to go to a good brunch and left very dissappointed. There was not any coffee at all which was one of the things I must have they said the machine has been broken. I think that would be worth a call to your reserved tables. The mimosa we ordered were warm (we had to add ice cubes) and inconsistent for each person that got one they all arrived a little different even though we ordered them the same. The wall I had to sit next to was covered in dust and sticky syrup, and other food. The food was cold and just ok. It was edible and we didnt want to ruin anyones else mothers day by raising a fuss around us so we just ate and left. Our server was the best part of our visit. Very attentive and apologetic for all of the things they didnt have etc. All in all I most likey will never visit again :(

The server wasn’t friendly. She didn’t come for refills we had to flag her down 2 times . I had a note this reservation was special “ Birthday “ nobody mentioned anything. The food didn’t have much flavor . We usually go to this one every time we visit Vegas but this place went down when it comes to customer service and food .

Was a nice experience, we was one of the last people on our floor and it made for a nice dining experience thanks to antoin and his service. Super sweet of him to bring ice cream for my birthday

The food is disgustingly horrible. Our table of 6 left with full plates not eating. The drinks were overrated. A waste of money and time. Just nasty. The music was so loud you could barely hear your conversation with your party. Had to yell to even order the nasty food. If you’re coming to Vegas do not waste your time. I’m just being honest here

We had a disappointing experience for my group of 10. While they were accommodating for the addition of guest, we were met with issues such as our food not being delivered for one of our guest & food coming out in excessive interval. It was difficult to get things from our waiter. It was a bit agitating to see other parties being serviced timely. Nevertheless, it won’t be my last time going to a Sugar Factory franchise because the atomsphere was welcoming and interactive —- just may not with as big of a group

It was an awesome experience, first time in Vegas and first time eating here. I’ll definitely be back. The Peach Drink, was DELICIOUS!!!!!! Our waitress Jade was super sweet and very helpful and honest when I asked what did she suggest on the menu, I appreciated it the most because her answers were real and helped me not waste money. I can’t wait to come back especially to try those crazy milkshakes 😁😁😁

We were visiting from Montana and decided to have our 6year olds birthday dinner here. It was great! She loved the atmosphere, the rainbow sliders, the goblets (NA of course), and the speciality milkshakes. The service was very good. I have 2 complaints. They sat us at a very long table with just the 3 of us. And then we didn’t get a Sugar Factory duck which should have come with the sliders. But we didn’t remember until we had left, so I can’t say if it was just an oversight.

Staff was nice. It’s just not the experience you’re looking forward to if you’ve been to other Sugar Factory locations. It’s quiet. I seen them do the “happy birthday” thing. It’s just not the same at all as the Orlando location. If you’ve even been there you know what the Sugar Factory experience is. So going from that to this one is disappointing. I made reservations thinking it was the same, and was not at all.

We previously experienced a high energy, fun party type celebration at the venue in Dallas. We were expecting the same. Greatly disappointed that there was no fan fare marking a special celebration. No singing and dancing from staff. No special songs selected when your order was brought to table. It sunk even lower when all food was brought at one time, appetizers, entree and desserts! No parking was provided, which I believe free parking was advertised. Not much in way of photo ops to capture the celebration. Music was quiet background and not a pumped up dancing type music. Wouldn’t select this restaurant for a special occasion. Food was good, but could have been presented better. Ice cream melted while we enjoyed our meal. There are so many choices of restaurants in Las Vegas that this place needs to really set itself up as a place to go for birthday celebrations.

1st time visiting, it has a great atmosphere, nice servers however there was hair my drink and the food was overcooked. I was saddened by this but no place is always perfect.

We were seated on the second level and it felt like we were in a storage area. Lots of open tables but seated next to a large group with lots of loud children. Waiter definitely didn’t seem to enjoy his job. Not worth the price at the new location. We have enjoyed this restaurant at its previous location.

It was definitely too loud to be able to have a conversation. It was a cool experience but I wouldn’t go here with any regularity. The drinks are way overpriced for being normal drinks on dry ice, the food is also over-priced and not that good. It was cool to check it out, but I wouldn’t go again.

Environment was well lit and energetic. The music was an excellent added touch for the experience. Veggies should be added as a to complete meal. Cut of steak served was on the fatty side.

The food was good. The walk to get there is exhausting. The service people looked like they didn’t want to be there. It looked clean and dirty all at the same time. It was HOT inside with the patio doors wife open.

Server was great. Super cute spot! But… I didn’t like the drinks.. and with the big drinks, everyone that would order around us would leave at least half of the drink..the food, yea not worth the price .. I will not be coming back. What I’ve learned, don’t go to tourist attraction places the bill will be high and the food taste poor.

We were celebrating a birthday with 8 guests. The ambiance was great, except the inordinate amount of kids I wasn’t expecting. The service was pretty slow but our waiter Aaron was extremely polite, attentive to requests, and acknowledged the slowness of service so I’m assuming it was out of his control. The food was good, nothing extraordinary. The drinks were both a visual and tasty treat but expensive. While not wowed like I had hoped I would go back again, albeit it’s not at the top of my list next time.

Overall, we didn't much enjoy our visit to the Sugar Factory. We were seated in a corner table with a wall pillar that completely blocked any view of the restaurant and strip. It felt very cornered off. Our service was ok, prompt and friendly to start, however, we were not checked on throughout our meal, the plates were not cleared, drink refills were not offered. The kids loved the milkshake options and thought the candy area was great. Overall, the rest of the food was just ok. I'd recommend popping in for a milkshake and it is kid friendly but otherwise it's not a must-visit.

The food was not worth the large mark up. Half of their menu was “unavailable” due to seasonal availability. My milkshake was missing half of its toppings (the cupcake, sprinkles, gummy strawberries) due to this but it still cost 19 dollars. None of the desserts were available for this same reason. Like, what’s the point of it being called “Sugar Factory” if they only have 2 desserts. Major disappointment.

Our waitress seemed like she didn't want to be there. Very rude. We ordered a signature cheeseburger and she put sliders down. Then when we asked about it she put the blame on us and said we ordered incorrectly.

The food was amazing, everything came out HOT, FRESH & FAST! The kids loved their cookie monster milkshakes. It was my daughter bday so we paid the extra $5 for the sparkling candle and staff came out and sung happy birthday, I will say they don't turn up like the other the locations the one in the DMV area (I'm upset that location closed) or the one in Orlando, Fl. the bday celebration is a whole vibe with music and dancing staff, but we were just fine with them just singing happy birthday.

Came here for lunch date with the kids … i guess they did remodeling i thought i was going to be able to take the kids to buy candy/suckers but the store was gone lol, our server was really nice and helpful, the busser only came once to clear our yard me after we struggled to to put the tops in trash’s trying to not spill anything it was very crowded but not with people but the food and server was pretty good

We took the kids here to eat, the food is fair. The kids really enjoyed the colorful food and fun drinks. Overall it was a fun experience, but this would be a place we would only return to for a special occasion/dessert and probably not for a meal.
