America’s favorite eatery and celebrity hotspot, will open its doors at its new Las Vegas location at the Harmon Corner Retail Center, located on the 50-yard line of the famed Las Vegas Strip, a unique destination with retail, restaurants, and shops for all ages on Wednesday, Sept. 1. The family-friendly, world-famous celebration destination known for its sweets and treats will have three stories of indoor and outdoor seating, a walk-up goblet bar accessible from the pedestrian bridge on Las Vegas Blvd and Harmon Ave, a whimsical candy retail store, and gobelt bar!

The 20% mandatory service fee is insane and then they ask for a tip on the bill from 20-25%! No way I’m tipping almost 50% on an easy $150 bill. $200 if 2 people get drinks !

Pretty disappointing visit, drinks were not worth even a quarter of the price. I got a goblet drink that had zero flavor and the pink lady drink isn’t actually pink, it’s dirty dishwater colored. Chocolate cake had the taste and feel of a cake that had been frozen and thawed too many times. Everything inside including the music was dated and the music was pretty loud for a relatively dead restaurant. Had pretty high hopes but left disappointed.

Sadly, we had an extremely underwhelming experience celebrating at Sugar Factory for my son’s 15th birthday. Food was cold. Our server did not listen to me when I explained my son’s food allergies prior to ordering. Our server, Jordan, seemed irritated to be working that day. Rolled his eyes at my husbands request for ketchup and ice. I I was so disappointed that I had to speak with the manager and inform him how horrid our experience was. We have been to the Sugar Factory in Bahamas (Baha Mar) and were really hoping it would be as excellent as that location. Unfortunately it was the exact opposite. Also, no soap in women’s restroom. Gross.

It was a fun environment & vibe. I ordered a salad & asked that they do not add carrots. Unfortunately it had carrots. Our waiter was apologetic & accommodating. Outside of this. We truly enjoyed our visit!!

We was over charged on our meal they took tip out of our money that we didn’t have to give that much

So the food was not the best it was dry and no flavor. It could have just been our food choices, but I feel like they should just stick with drinks and no food service. My drink was amazing though I have the coconut cream pie and mmmmmm. It was so sweet and delicious. I will be back for the drinks only. Our waiter was nice but I felt so bad because he had to keep going up and down the stairs so much for his tables.

Everything about this place is mid. Food, service, and drinks. The one bright spot is the lady at the front. She was very nice and energetic. Everything else was bland. The music was nice but way too loud. Definitely won’t be back.
