I was a little disappointed this time .i have been here 4 times all great times .This time my drink wasn’t tasting right it got replaced but after a speech on because of the flavor that is what threw it off but I have ordered it before and it had tasted right the other times ,that’s why I come back .But to be fair it was replaced no problems and I swear they put in extra because I was together. My daughter had to order 3 different times because what she wanted wasn’t available.then the other meal was still on my bill at the end .Also to top it off my food was cold how that happened I don’t know I had the chicken fajitas the skillet was hot and my chicken and peppers was cold and the scoop of rice was gummy hard and like warm as well . At this point I didn’t say anything because I felt to much complaining with my food I don’t trust it after being sent back .They waitress Service was top tier she was running all night until it came to the extra stuff on the bill .So for $471 I don’t think we got what we paid for this time . I will say this is my only bad experience but I don’t Think I be back .

I had a reservation at 8 and we waited up at the front for 20 minutes and I was watching everyone ignore us. Another family came and waited about 10 minutes next to us. They took us back the same time and the family that came before us took the booth we were suppose to get. We sat down and couldn’t hear eachother talk. It was extremely loud. I ended up with a head ache. Waitress took about 20 min to get back with us with our order. Our food was ok. We got dessert “ the fondue” and it was absolutely horrible. Barely any chocolate and just filled with marshmallows. We had to wait for the waitress about another 20 min to ask about the chocolate. She goes back and we wait another 10 min. She gets back saying they don’t have much chocolate and gave us a little bit. We got in at 8 and left at 10. And it wasn’t even busy. I’m sorry but I will not be dining there again.

The spinach and artichoke dip was brown and not good. My husband's burger was not hot. My carne asada quesadilla was greasy. My blood orange margarita gave me headache. I couldn't get an itemized bill.

Despite the negative review I will be leaving I do want to say that we had a wonderful waitress, very impressed. The staff looked happy to be there and did an awesome dance to celebrate a bachelorette party and a birthday. The food came out quickly and they accommodated our modification requests. However, our whole experience was ruined by the music that was so loud that I couldn't hear my family talking to me even if they yelled an inch from my ear. The music was also very inappropriate- not radio-edited versions, and I feel that is not ok for a 6:30 dinner at a family-friendly restaurant. The bathrooms felt dirty and dingy. The meals were fine, not great, not disgusting. My husband and I ordered the skillet cookie dessert. It was small and had maybe a tiny dot of nutella in the middle, the toppings came on the side in plastic condiment cups. Nothing wrong with any of it but not at all what I would expect for an over $20 dessert. It was not terrible but not memorable like our other food. I would still want to take my other kids back for the "experience"of that huge dessert menu but could not unless the music noise level and content was changed.

I had the best experience at Sugar Factory Detroit! The food, ambiance, and service were 10/10 but what truly made our experience was our server Shauna! She was so friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. It was also my birthday and she really made me feel special. I can’t wait to come back with my family!

Went for my birthday (6/2/2023) this year I took my bestfriend for her birthday, it was her first time, my second. She had a great time, and this time was better than the first. Thank you!!!

We were a large group of 20 and each entree came out separately which meant that by the time everyone’s food came, most of it had been sitting for a very long time. The prices are outrageous for what you get. The quality of the food is the poorest of the poor I would say very comparable to fast food. I ordered a chicken salad and the chicken was small tiny chunks of rubbery meat that looked like it came straight out of a can.. tasted like it too. I never write reviews. I had to with this one because it made me so upset that I wasted money on such awful awful food.

Absolutely terrible experience ruined Mother’s Day service was non existent wait for 1 .5 hour and still no food we walked out bathrooms we’re disgusting a lady fell slipped on the wet floor no one Acknowledged her my husband got up and helped her up when he told an employee what happened they said ok as no big deal and went on they get 0 stars I will make sure every single person I know hears how bad the experience was
