A group of friends smoking in bathroom, poor service, waitress never refilled our drinks once during dinner, and lights out on several signs that would be backdrops for photos. It was an overpriced fun experience & we wouldn’t go back.

Wasn’t busy but the service felt like they were packed. Consistently having to ask for our waiter, food was coming out wrong, two people ordered the same thing but it looked like two separate items (both were Cajun pasta, one bowl had a bread stick, presentation was nice, the other was thrown in a bowl and sent out with two French fries in it, no bread stick) a burger was ordered and sent back it came back out an hour later. Music was good though.

Drinks were good. Service was welcoming. However I tried the steak and ordered medium. About 30-40 minutes later I received it almost well done. There was barely pink visible. Because it was an enjoyable time I tried to eat it and not say anything but it was way too chewy and couldn’t eat it after the first bite. I would give it another try just not order the same thing again.

my bridesmaids & I came here for dinner on my bachelorette trip and it was so so phenomenal! we all loved the food & atmosphere. we also all shared the peach lemonade drink which was also so so good! to top everything off we had the best waiter ever, Kendrick! he was so helpful with all things menu & was so personable! to say the least he was the best waiter any of us have ever had!!! highly recommend coming here!!!!

First time visit - was fun and the food was good. Prices were a little steep but felt worthwhile due to entertainment.

Took forever to be seated, place was so loud couldn’t even hear the people in front of me! Waiter Antonio b checked on us twice in an hour span I shouldn’t have left a tip this place taught me not everybody deserves one

Everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful! The food and drinks were excellent!! The staff helped us celebrate our friend’s birthday by singing happy birthday and giving her a personal dessert which was wonderful and appreciated! The overall experience was great and I would definitely recommend!

Been to several Sugar Factorys. This one was a huge disappointment. Almost no patrons and waitstaff was slow, food was cold, and the chocolate cake for dessert was frozen. Also we were served our drinks in plastic cups, not a big deal, but then our desert was served with plastic utensils which broke when trying to eat. Floor was so sticky and there was still chocolate spilled on the table from who knows when. Also, read it ahead of time but, be prepared to pay a service charge. Food and beverage (no alcohol) total was $195 and total bill when presented was $243 and then you leave a tip? Just be prepared.
