Complete disappointment! We have been to other Sugar Factorys and had a blast…..not this time. Service was sub par, food was not fresh & in some cases, inedible & prices were too high! Careful when tipping as they already add a mandatory 20% service fee. I assume that’s why the staff seem unmotivated.

Well, with minimal patrons, we expected to have a really great birthday outing for our daughter. Wrong!! Service was slow, drink orders were slow & just overall, it was disappointing, especially for my daughter. We probably won't be back for a while.

Food was decent. Staff was very friendly, but service took a while. Bill came and there was a built in 20% service charge. The waitress did not mention this and walked me through the bill…directly to the tip. We were a party of four, so I was not expecting this. Aside from the drink “show”, I was disappointed. Don’t plan on returning any time soon. Way over priced for what you get.

The prices were double what they are at other Sugar Factory’s but the food was terrible. The restaurant was in complete disrepair and FILTHY. The restrooms had graffiti all over and the tables weren’t even clean. Half the items we ordered weren’t available and they didn’t tell us that until the other food was already being brought out so several members of our party sat there with nothing. There were no apologies. Worst of all, they add an automatic tip but then don’t give an option to opt out of another tip when you pay your bill so they end up getting 40% tip! Very dishonest company. We will never return.

Terrible experience. Brought a party of eight to celebrate my daughter’s 13th birthday. The staff was not very friendly or professional, in fact, despite the restaurant being almost empty, we waited for a while just to order drinks or appetizers. We have never been to the Sugar Factory before. It was recommended as a fun, family friendly place for a young girls party. It was definitely not family friendly. Group of ladies with young kids started dancing and twerking inappropriately during our meal. We could see the ladies entire undergarments. Feel this place needs cleaned up and a complete refresh. Bathrooms were gross! Paint and decorations need remodeling asap. For the price this was a joke. Also, they were out of a lot of menu items, coffee machine broken, rubber ducks, which are main mascot out of stock. The waitress also did not make clear that her tip was already included in the bill. I paid 20% on top of the bill. When I noticed the manager said he wouldn’t and couldn’t refund me the money. Totally dishonest practice. Will NEVER go back there and will make sure everyone I know doesn’t either.

Walking in your immediately met with damaged walls. The conversation heart wall is missing pieces, a large portion of the neon lights no longer work, and basically everything is extremely run down and damaged. Including the marquee sign they bring out. Even with only 3 tables in the restaurant filled, they still blared the music at full blast when coming out celebrations. Food was okay but we expected that. They also automatically tack on a 20% service fee regardless of size and only a small portion goes to the server. Our server was a sweet heart and there were no complaints there. However with the amount you pay for food, the place is way too run down.

Food and drinks were amazing as always. Our server was wonderful!!! Speed is never super fast but we enjoy that as it gives us more time to enjoy the restaurant, and drinks. You definitely pay for the experience and it’s 10/10 worth it to see everyone’s smiles and hear the laughter. A great time with family as always. We will be back!!

I went here Tuesday afternoon with my kids, drinks were amazing and shakes, but we didn’t experience good service by our assigned waitress. My kids and I were excited to be there while she gave vibes of not wanting to be working that day. It really impacted our visit.

No dancers that night. Fairly empty. Place is a little beat up and worn out now. Server Jazmine was still awesome.

We got there right when it opened. We're sat down and they were still mopping the floors. There were hium balloons from a celebration either the night before or earlier still on the ceiling. Out server never smiled or offered refills on our drinks. The food was ok but nothing spectacular. Portions were a bit small. They attach a 20% gratuity to every ticket where 17% goes to the waitstaff and 3% to the restaurant itself, and then ask for an additional tip. They also don't validate parking which ended up being almost as much as the meal.
