First off, Shakor could not have been nicer, more attentive and taking such great care of us. My granddaughter turned five years old we asked for a little kitty cocktail with some cotton candy and we got charged $41. That is a rip off. Secondly, I asked for chips and salsa with a side of guacamole. I got charged $29. That is rip off number two. You will never see me back in a sugar factory ever again.

My wife and I planned this visit for our kids summer break to have a good time with them and celebrate summer, only to be let down big time by the entire experience. This was my 5th time dining here and I've had good experiences, but there seems to be no care put into the place at all and it felt nobody cared. We arrived and were promptly seated, but unfortunately this was the highlight. Looking around, it looked like the owners have invested $0.00 since it opened with dirty floor mats immediately as you walk in, sticky menus that were falling apart, a chandelier that has lost it's luster and missing globes/hardware, and a TV wall missing TVs with mounting hardware exposed. It's decorated with old pictures of celebrities everywhere that date the place with the age of the photos as time goes by. Our waiter was polite and friendly, but the entire time it felt like she couldn't care less about serving tables due to her lack of attention to our needs. We ate our appetizers with the forks and knives, which they removed when they took the dirty dishes and never replaced. When they brought our food, I requested more forks and knives which never showed up, but I realized that everyone ordered burgers, so they weren't necessary, but that's besides the point. As I'm eating and drinking my water (which never got refilled for anyone at my table), I ordered a Pepsi that the waiter forgot, I politely reminded her.. And she forgot it again, so I reminded her about it a third time only to tell her to not bring it because I was done. Also I notice that I'm getting hotter and hotter as I'm sitting there, wondering if I'm getting sick, but the air was muggy as if the a/c was not on or set at a high temp and it smelled weird. After we ate, we ordered desserts and the shakes came in much smaller glasses than I remembered and probably higher prices and they gave my daughter a bowl of ice cream with no spoon, which I had to request. This was honestly my worst experience in years.

Service was horrible management was rude and disrespectful I wouldn’t suggest no one to eat here ruined my daughters birthday experience never again will I eat here nor refer someone worse ever

Disappointing Experience at Sugar Factory I recently dined at the Sugar Factory and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The food was severely lacking in seasoning, and my skirt steak, which I ordered medium, came out well done. Additionally, a burger that was supposed to be well done arrived medium. The service didn't fare any better. They tried to upsell a $100 dessert for a party of 12 when only one person wanted dessert, presumably to increase the gratuity which was automatically included in the check. Despite the inability to divide the check, they would not apply the military discount to the entire bill, only to those who were military, which made no sense given the single check policy. Overall, the service was subpar and the food was even worse. I would not recommend or return to the Sugar Factory. FYI, the server sold himself short by including gratuity on the check, he could have received way more if he wasn’t being greedy making us pay on 1 check.

We had a late lunch at the Sugar Factory, so it was not busy, but oh my gosh - the food and the service was amazing. Rio, the bartender and our server, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, was very informative, and just all-around FANTASTIC. Ten stars - definitely recommend.

-Reservation for 9 for daughter's 15th birthday was a disaster! -A/C in restaurant did not work way, which they failed to mention. was way too hot so we couldn't enjoy our meal. -Extremely understaffed, server Shakur was trying the best he could. bus boy knocked over my wife's cocktail, never offered to buy her a new one. -Ordered (2) goblets for my daughter and her three friends and they arrived when we were nearly done our meal. -Food cold, bland, and greasy. -They were out of so many food menu items. -Dining room full of smoke from kitchen.

This quality of this restaurant had fallen of drastically. My first impression of this restaurant was dirty. The entrance was dirty, the bench’s at the front door dirty. The floor dirty. The candy section looked dingy and reminded of one of those used machines that you put a quarter in. Service was also horrible.as a party of 5 we were given 2 menus to look over and told the rest of us could look at the menu online. It was at least 30 minutes of us sitting at our table wondering when a server would at least introduce themselves and take are drinks. Every few minutes the music would get really loud so the severs to dance for someone’s birthday. It became apparent that our servers constant disappearance and lack of service was because he had to keep dancing. Food was mid. 0/10 would not recommend. Would never return. Overpriced and overrated. I’ve been to the one in Illinois, the general manager in atl needs to call them and get some help on how the restaurant should be run.

Dined here previously in 2021 and had a great experience. Sadly, I can not say the same about tonight. On a positive note, we arrived a few minutes ahead of our reservation, and we were seated early. Also, the photographer that comes around to take photos of your party was super sweet! That’s where my positive comments end. The air conditioner wasn’t working, so it was miserably hot. I would say that “those things happen sometimes” except that I have since gone back and read some reviews over the last several days, and it seems the AC has been a problem for at least a week and still hasn’t been fixed! They were also out of several items on the menu. I had to laugh when our server said “we have Pepsi products….except Pepsi!” (BTW, what restaurant serves Pepsi in the birthplace of Coca-Cola?). All in all, for $50 drinks and $30 entrees the experience was not worth it this time. Won’t be back.

Never again. My friend and I took our daughters here for their birthdays (turning 10). We had 6:00pm reservations- we were not sat until 6:30. We did not receive our drinks for another 30 minutes. The AC does not work so we sat for an hour at this point sweating and hungry. Finally got our food- which was actually good. This place is run down and dirty. Nothing like the other Sugar Factory’s. I would not recommend at all. What you see online is NOT what it’s like at all. Everyone there for their birthdays were sitting around staring at their phones until their big drink with smoke comes to the table and then they film them selves having “the best time”. lol! They are actually sitting there sweating and miserable. Our girls never got their birthday song- which was the reason we went there. From what they show online they make a big deal of birthdays, but that is not at all what happened. Extremely disappointing for a birthday celebration.
