Everything was amazing! Our waiter, Nicholas, was exceptional. The food was delicious and the Goblets were well worth it. Will definitely be coming back soon!

It was overall good but the serve could have been better. More professionalism and less of a party like atmosphere.

Food was super salty had the salmon. Chicken and waffle waffle was hard like it had already been made . Everything for was pricy not worth what you are paying for .

We went for a birthday, the A/C was not working so the restaurant was super hot inside. My husband ordered a bacon Bleu cheese burger they brought out the burger with no cheese then after asked said they were out . They were out of mustard and the burger was overcooked . Then we went to order dessert they were out of several options on the milkshake. Needless to say our birthday girl was disappointed.

The AC was broken and they had fans running only. It was so hot. Tables were gross and sticky. Bathrooms were not serviced. Thought this was a high end, fun restaurant for my daughter’s birthday, it was not.

First of all, there was no A/C. My family went to celebrate my youngest son’s Pre-K graduation. All that my kids wanted was dessert and they were out of everything. My son, the graduate, wanted the Cookie Skillet, but they were out of Vanilla ice cream and refused to substitute another flavor. The food was not consistent. My and my cousin both ordered Cajun pasta. Mine was seasoned well and hers was not, even after taking it back to the kitchen and bringing out a second plate. They didn’t even have Coke and Sprite. We ended up leaving and getting dessert elsewhere. They food was decent, but not worth the price. Overall, I was extremely disappointed in our experience.

Service was slow. The air conditioner did not work on both floors. The floors were sticky as were the chairs. This place is overrated!

This was one of the worst dining experiences I've had recently. My reservation was at 530- didn't get seated until almost 600 and then waiting another 10 minutes and no one came to the table. We wound up walking out before eating or drinking anything. Stay away!

I’ve been to several Sugar Factory locations and this has been the worst. Had reservations but wasn’t seated until 15-20 minutes after reserved time. Additionally, it was hot in the upstairs seating area (no a/c). After being seated (table had a broken chair that they had us at-we had to move it ourselves), we didnt have a waitress come to us until after 15 minutes or more. Not even getting water. Finally ordered food and mimosa flight ($37) but after 20 minutes was told they can’t make my mimosa flight and I had to order another drink. I ordered another single mimosa drink that was $25 and totally not worth it. When food was brought out (after waiting unusually long), we were not handed silverware so we had to flag down a random waiter as they walked by to ask for it. That took 10 minutes to get. Our waitress came to our table maybe twice and literally did not check on us. All around just a disappointing experience and would not visit this location again.

05/18/224 was a celebration to remember my sons 14th birthday however we had reservations and still had to wait 30 minutes. When we were seated they sat us upstairs in very hot environment there was no air flowing so the waiter offered endless water. The milkshake my son ordered which included a donut and cupcake were not fresh it just wasn’t what we expected for the price. We spent over $200 dollars for an experience I never want again.
