When we first sat down, the server was very attentive. She took our drink order and promptly returned with the drinks and took our dinner order. Everything was going well to that point. Food took a long time to come out, when it finally did come out, one of the entrees was prepared incorrectly. The server had left the table before it was noticed, she did not return to check on us. We had to get the attention of another server to discuss it with her. She was trying to be helpful without stepping in the other server's lane. Long story short, we paid for the one entrée and drinks and left. Come to find out, the table next to us said they were having a similar experience. We will not be returning anytime soon.

We waited 25 mins for a server to come to our table, we asked for silverware on three occasions but was told they were being “washed,” at 1pm they were out of Champagne (on Mother’s Day), my kids had to eat with their bare hands when getting food from the breakfast bar because they were so hungry and silverware was still not provided. Our food came out cold, and we still didn’t have silverware… we were finally given 4 sets of silverware and two sets of plastic ware. Hot sauce was asked for and we were given an empty bottle of siracha. Horrible experience, overpriced for the service and quality of food. Will not be returning.

Food was good, we were seeing a show at the arena across the street! Waiter tried to help get fast, but was not able to, so we had to down food! Very loud and hard to talk

Not enough servers for a busy weekend. Food menu was given not a lot of options. Service was slow due to crowd. Our waitess had 12 tables. Ordered the chicken burrito bowl, it was ok but could have used a lot more chicken and less rice and beans.

We've dined at Strawberry Alley almost every time we visit Clarksville and have always found the food and service to be outstanding. Our meals were great, but I was disappointed with the Mason jar desserts in that they no longer come garnished with sliced strawberries (for the cheesecake) and lime slice (for the key lime pie).
