Our waiter Jack was very nice. Service was great as was the steaks. Will definitely be back and often.

Great meal, fantastic service. I had the Grilled salmon and my wife had shrimp. All very good. Server was fantastic.

Even arriving early with a reservation, we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. We ordered immediately as we know the menu well having dined there often. The food took about 40 minutes to be served - it was an easy entree - wedge salad with a side of steak. (We can't say that the long wait was due to a busy Mother's Day because the last time we ate there, about 3 weeks ago, it was a lunch time with not many patrons. It took 45 minutes to get our food.) The wedge salad was excellent as always and the two portions of steak were a nice size. My one portion was excellent, but the 2nd portion that I took home, was horrible and after one bite, I threw it out. This is what kept me from giving the visit 5 stars.

We are in Stonewood at least once a month. Each time I am told they have more price changes. I was very upset that it happened again just since the last time I was there, I even spoke to the manager the last time and told him how rocky their pricing was becoming. It’s never Good to go on a holiday but I thought going Saturday night would avoid the usual Mother’s Day rush on Sunday, but the restaurant was busy even very early and they were having a hard time managing it with food coming out that was not hot and waitresses that were spread very thin Around the room you waited for everything. I continue to be so disgusted that they just offer that carb heavy side dishes— that is —the ones that come with your meal that you don’t pay extra for…. three potatoes, rice, and green beans. Surely they could do better. my mate and I have reached the point where or just reconsidering whether Stonewood is even a place we want to continue to go to. So far, they haven’t changed the free coupon for bruschetta that they put out every month. Once that goes away, I think they’ll lose me totally.
