Vibe like a club, worst service I’ve had in SF in years, food tasted ok but sub par for the price point. Service was bad .. $100+ for a steak but they didn’t even clear our dishes between courses. Took 45 mins to order dinner. Another 45+ for it to arrive. Waitress looked like a deer in the headlights when asked for gluten free options. We only had one gluten free person but service was SLOW and very sub par for the price point. Steak was cut into when arrived .. pic is how it arrived at the table. Truffle fries overcooked.

I went in to dine for my first time and AJ was absolutely lovely! He properly introduced himself and made our experience amazing. I saw his ambience throughout the restaurant serving others and he was so energetic and kind. His recommendations were amazing. From the umami butter on our steaks, to the mock cocktail that he recommended me since I’m pregnant, everything was amazing! Its a very beautiful place to dine in and the food is really good. The mashed potato’s and mac&cheese were delicious! And the steak was so yummy.

No management present, staff overwhelmed can’t deliver good service. Food much too pricey for the attention to detail. Had to ask for silverware, spoons for side dishes, extremely unprepared for a restaurant of such caliber.

I made a reservation weeks in advance and called multiple times to discuss that a few people would be coming late to dinner. They wouldn't seat us until everyone was there, so we started the meal 20 minutes late, and the service at the bar was so horrifically slow that no one could even get a drink in 20 minutes. Once seated, dinner took 3.5 hours, and i finally had to walk to the front to get our check. Food was fine, but service was all time horrific.

It must have been frustrating to deal with the delays and lackluster service, especially after making reservations well in advance and communicating about your group's timing. Waiting 20 minutes to be seated and having slow bar service certainly doesn't set a good tone for the evening. Additionally, a 3.5-hour dinner with such poor service that you had to go to the front to get the check is far from acceptable. While it's good to know the food was fine, the service issues clearly marred the overall experience. The restaurant did not have enough servers, which seems fairly common on this trip to San Francisco. The wait staff we did had insisted that we ordered everything at once and was not super attentive. The steak was good but not great, and the sides were also a bit disappointing. The dessert was a nice way to cap things off and was tasty, though.
