Although the Food was good and our server was very kind and helpful. The host made the beginning of the experience very unappreciated. She was very mean and unsmiley, she announced to us in a very rude way withough even apologizing that we need to wait by the bar because she could not seat us yet although we had a reservation, we got the table 40 mins passed our reservation time. It felt very much a technique to push us to consume a drink at the bar before dinner. I won't return to this place.

Very disappointed. Rather expensive by New York City standards but the ambiance, wait staff and food did not meet expectations. Will not be returning or recommending to anyone.

Went here for brunch over Memorial Day weekend. Had a fantastic meal with the best server, Jonah, who was so accommodating, friendly, and ran over as soon as she noticed we were trying to take selfies, to offer to take photos of us. The food was delicious - I got the hot chicken and waffles, which was the perfect mix of crunch, spice, salt and sweetness. It was a super generous portion, so I wound up having plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day. We didn’t realize there was a brunch special on weekends with $9.99 burgers and $5 mimosas and Bloody Marys, so we were pleasantly surprised at the deal and took advantage. The burger was delicious and came with a side of crispy and perfectly cooked fries. We also got the side of giant cheesy tater tots. Heavenly meal all around. The rooftop was a chill vibe; not very crowded since it was a holiday weekend, and a truly wonderful experience. Definitely coming back for more!

We had an amazing experience at STK! The food and service were phenomenal. I’m a vegetarian and loved the mushroom truffle tagliatelle and the mashed potatoes. My husband had a New York steak and said it was the best he’s had. Would definitely recommend!

No ambiance. Tables very close together and poorly laid. No steak knives. No mustards. No salt and pepper on the table. Sides were very greasy. Over priced and classless. Nothing like the STK in London.

I came to NYC to celebrate my birthday with my sister and we picked this location for the ambiance. The scenery and photo opportunities were perfect. Upon arrival the hostess on the roof was not outwardly friendly but that didn’t deter the night. Our waiter was excellent and attentive. He made great suggestions for drinks and checked in often. Towards the end of our meal the General Manager Mike checked in and greeted us. He also gave me a complementary dessert for my birthday. It was such a sweet gesture and really made my night. I’d definitely return!
