    Decided to reserve at STK as we have had great food and ambiance in Las Vegas,NV and Scottsdale, AZ. The vibe in Nashville is very different and made this visit disappointing.

    Hostess was friendly. Waiter not-so-much. Caesar Salad tasty as was buttered bread. Filet undercooked, NY Strip overcooked. Mashed potatoes & asparagus good taste. Noise level, ie music, too loud. Comparing this overall to STK NY & other premium steak houses…. not even in the ballpark of fine dining, esp for the price!!

    I never do reviews, but I feel compelled to let people know that this was the most expensive steak (tomahawk) that I have ever paid for, and it was the worst steak I’ve ever had. It was not cooked medium rare , it was cooked almost well done, and it tasted horrible. The watermelon margarita tasted like a sweet punch. Overall very disappointing!!!

    extremely pricey, but the atmosphere/vibe is great for a dinner spot before going out or for a special occasion. My only complaint is that the steak came out cold.

    We enjoyed the food, the restaurant was loud which was hard to hear each other. The vibe of the restaurant was a little out dated and cartoon looking in a way. Enjoyed conversation with our waiter and enjoyed our meal. They we also constantly moving dishes around the table which felt kinda rushed at points. Overall good food for a steak house.

    We chose STK based on experience at STK’s in other cities. The Nashville experience was not a good one. Food quality was very good however the service was not on point. The staff missed a lot of little touches: having a service fork for mignonette for oysters came with a fork vs a spoon. Shareable appetizers and entree sides came with no serving utensils. Shareable dessert was the same - no share plates. These are the little touches that make STK so special, and why we always consider when entertaining customers. Very disappointing, especially considering a $1100 check for 5 people.

    Our Server was AMAZING .. Food was GREAT and also very fast.. When I come back to Nashville I will make a reservation here again.

    the food was amazing, I'd highly recommend the braised beef short rib... my reservation was for 7pm for a party of 4 and we were not sat until 7:58pm so that would have been time we could have been enjoying other parts of the city. but the wait was worth the experience.

    Service was subpar. Received our food so late the couple which was seated 15 minutes after us received thier food before us. By time we received our food they finished eating. All I received was excuses. We left right after we received our food and we did not eat. The server never apologized all he gave me was excuses .

    We dined as a part of 4. Each of Our meals tasted very bland and unseasoned. The seafood dishes at our table were rubbery and lacked flavor. The Ambiance is extremely loud and difficult to have conversation with people at your own table- it’s more like a night club. Service was EXCELLENT! Food was terrible.

    STK is riding off name. 50 cent was playing in the restaurant while serving sub par food at first rate prices. Manager rudely kept interrupting our dinner to get us to clear the table. The restaurant was half empty.

    Close but Not... Reserved for Sat Brunch, it's the only real/good brunch in town and it was empty at 10am (we were the 1st seating). The Good: Our server was very pleasant, apologetic, manager came by to check on us and was responsive, atmosphere was excellent, decor outstanding...it has SO much potential. The Bad: at 10am (first seating, and only 4 in the restaurant), first round of drinks 25 min as bartender wandered around, 45 min for food, another 30 for our second round of bar drinks which required one of us to prompt the bartender to stop chatting/texting and do his job. It was very frustrating. STK has a TON of potential but wait staff needs to demand fulfillment from the bar and kitchen (vs passively waiting/hoping) and general manager needs to hold everyone to account. WILL return but only one more time.

    Too loud for a business dinner. Had no idea there would be Dj from 5:30-7:30. Food was overpriced compared to other steakhouses that have equal or better food.

    Wonderful spot with a nice and upscale menu. Took a little while to sit even with a reservation but had a drink at the bar together to pass the time. Dinner was excellent as were the sides, all a la carte. Very nice to celebrate a special occasion.

    Server wasn’t attentive enough. He barely checked on us never asked about how our food was and never asked if we wanted dessert. Another server brought us our togo box and sold us on dessert wish he was our server instead. Refilled our water 100 times but never refilled our sodas, ordered sprite and was flat had to ask another server to get our server to switch drinks because we couldn’t find our server and it wasn’t busy at all he had two tables. Wife order steak server never brought her a steak knife she had to ask for one 20 min after we got our food. She ordered hash-brown and they were cold server said cooks never put them in the oven to heat it up they took it off our bill and brought us out one that was hot for free. Paying $300 including tip wouldn’t expect to have service like this on a non busy Thursday night.

    A disappointing, expensive mistake. The Easter brunch service was heavily staffed for the modest customer turn-out. With those ratios, I am puzzled how we received such slow, negligent service. So many waiters just stood around talking for most of our meal, not even checking on their tables. I saw people looking around, trying to find wait staff to get drink refills, order food, get check. It felt like they took our order and disappeared. It took nearly an hour for our food to arrive. The dishes were very lackluster and low-effort for the price point. Spent nearly $400 on food that was truly unremarkable and mediocre. We might have ordered dessert, had our waiter not disappeared again. At this point, we were happy to cut our losses and forget this experience ever happened.

    We got the chicken and waffles and both were beyond overcooked, it was burnt. It tasted like sand and was an arm workout to cut it with a fork and knife. I also ordered a Caesar salad which came with brown looking iceberg lettuce and store bought croutons that are typically used at Olive Garden. This plate was $27. With it being STK, I expected a bit more. I came hungry, I left hungrier, and $100 poorer. With that said, server was nice and attentive. Don’t fall for the typical hype with the 4.6 stars and over 1k reviews. Save your money guys. There are way better restaurants in Nashville with tastier food and better value.

    We had to ask for a server to take our order 30 minutes after being seated. We were compensated with free bottomless mimosas. Then we were told that the kitchen was way behind because the chef didn’t show up for Easter Lunch Service. We ordered the dungeoness crab omelette and an American Breakfast and our bill was $115 with the drinks complimentary. Way too over priced for the quality and level service received.

    Waited 1.5 hours on brunch. Reservations were at 10:30. Did not get our food till 12. Poached eggs were like hard boiled eggs, small amount of lobster. Great atmosphere and service. Kitchen a complete failure.

    We waited over an hour before the appetizers were brought out. My moms French toast was burnt, the burgers were also burnt and the steak was dry. The watermelon margarita was really good, and so we’re the mashed potatoes and fries. The caesar salad was okay. We were very disappointed overall

    We waited on the food for over an hour even tho the restaurant was not busy. Tables that sat way after us got their food before us. When the food finally came it looked like a kid had put it together and they were very skimpy on the portions. For instance, the avocado toast came out on two pieces of toast, but they only used about 1/4 of avocado for both slices. The eggs were way overcooked and no toppings what so ever. We will never go back!

    Easter Sunday brunch was a let down. We ordered a listed Bloody Mary on the special brunch menu. What we got was the standard drink. We were not charged for the mistake. ( Thank you) The food served was not the quality expected from STK. Our server was pleasant but difficult to find and service was slow. There was one other party in the restaurant for our first 30 minutes. And there is no excuse for serving cold coffee. Would not go back...
