    My cut was a bit tough. But I have been there before and the steak was too notch. I would go again. The place is pricey, especially the wine.

    My friends and I had a great happy hour thanks to Destiny and her prompt attention to us. She was knowledgeable and friendly and recommended some great appetizers for our table to share. We will definitely go back and ask for Destiny as our server again.

    Went for Mothers Day. Didn’t get sat until an hour past our reservation. Food took an hour to come out. My moms meal was not seasoned. Very disappointed

    Went for Mother’s Day brunch. My reservation was scheduled for 1pm. We did not sit down until 1:30. We ordered our food at around 1:45 and did not receive the food until 3:15. When the food arrived it was lukewarm, overcooked, and the quality was terrible. I try my hardest not to complain at restaurants but this experience was unacceptable. I would not have minded waiting almost 2 hours for food if it was good. But to wait that long and the food be prepared poorly and not even fresh/warm was unacceptable.

    We had a very disappointing and unsatisfactory experience. My worst Mother’s Day brunch ever. First the reservation time was not observed. We had to wait 20 minutes to be seated at the table. After ordering our food we waited more than hour to get it and we had ordered mostly American breakfasts, meaning eggs, bacon, pancakes, waffles , etc which is inadmissible. The food quality was poor, less than average, and it came with missing items and very pricey for what we got it. I had dinned at other STK locations and could not be more disappointed with the service we got it today. The fact that it was Mother’s Day it is not an excuse for bad service. A high end restaurant should be prepared to service their costumers well at any day. After today I will not returned to another STK location. The manager also did not handle the situation honestly. At one point, after almost an hour wait for the food , he came to our table to say that our food was coming out in two minutes. 20 minutes after we were still waiting… I regret taking my family there to celebrate Mother’s Day.

    The Mother's Day brunch was packed. So I understand the delay for food. It took 1 hour and 30 minutes for eggs and pancakes. We waited for the food and it was ok. The pancakes were cold and gritty. The omelet barely had crab. Could have spent my money elsewhere

    Brunch on Mother’s Day was absolutely HORRIBLE. Hour in 15 minute wait after being sat down and McDonald’s would have been more satisfying! Been there before for dinner and brunch after church. Those times were amazing. My opinion…. They over booked and kitchen couldn’t keep up.

    We had brunch for Mother’s Day with our family and overall the experience wasn’t great. Aside from the restaurant being loud, the food was outrageously priced and not great or even good in terms of taste (hard to not perfect pancakes). As someone who enjoys fine dining and doesn’t mind paying for it, it was disappointing to have it fall so far below what should be acceptable. We won’t be returning but the good news is we have lots of options in our neighborhood. Thank you.

    Mandy was great. She recommend some great choices. She was knowledgeable and friendly. Few things we weren’t a fan of are below. Food runner called out food when delivering it at table. We had to ask for water refills, it was often forgotten. We asked for an extra plate and it never came.

    Our server Brittany was fabulous. We enjoyed our main entrees, Brussel sprouts and the calamari. We got the donut dessert and they were fantastic.

    First time visitors - date night. Food, overall, was average; nothing to write home about. Further, one of our steaks was severely undercooked and we asked to have it taken back. It was brought back by the General Manager essentially in the same condition. His second offer to fix this was to torch butter on it…no other offer or compensation. The obvious disappointment went completely neglected. Our server was kind, but I’ve had higher quality service at Texas Roadhouse. Random employees would constantly ask if things could be taken when we were clearly continuing to try and enjoy our meal. Even our wine glasses were picked up by an employee (who never introduced himself) after we had just ordered a bottle of wine. Interruptions were abrupt with little consideration for politeness. Utensils and silverware were set incorrectly, as if the servers had never before set a table. The complete lack of expectations (or requirements) for diners’ appearance was apparent, as we felt we’d find a similar crowd in a Miami McDonald’s after a late night out. No standards, whatsoever. More enjoyable steakhouses (overall value, quality of food, staff, and ambiance) are littered throughout the city. The energetic aura was understandable and expected; that was not an issue. For what you pay, I find it hard to believe anyone can rationalize coming here; the value is minimal at best. This experience was disappointing and one we certainly will not forget.

    Terrible experience. My friend is Muslim and was eating bacon jalapeño sauce which is not notated on the menu nor were we asked about any allergies. 4 hours to complete the dinner due to 1 large party which the kitchen was prepared for. Food was terrible.

    We enjoyed the food and drink. They were serving slow during the HH and I can only assume that's because your getting more then half price off of the HH menu items, but once HH was over it was much faster service. I would go back again to enjoy the food and drinks at STK.

    It took almost 1hr for our food to arrive. The Manager seemed overwhelmed and it was unfortunately sad as a result; she was defensive of her team and the timelines. With that being said; they ended up giving us a 50% discount on the meal. Sadly; the food was cold and dry ... the waiter was actually amazing I felt bad for him too. The GM or Owner of this location needs to step up and support his/ her team. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

    Horrible food for the price very dissatisfied with overall experience. Brought family from out of town to celebrate and overall was not pleased. Over 500.00 meal for poor quality.

    Disappointed and disgusted!! Do not waste your time. Do not waste your money. After over $300 I did not get a meal. The cheese omelet was missing cheese. They reheated eggs that were wrong. The pancakes are frozen pancakes. Yes, Walmart frozen pancakes from the grocery store. After several attempts at getting a decent brunch, we left. One of our party left hungry. We requested to order a dessert. We were sent a customary cup of ice cream. I asked to order a dessert, not a free dessert. Reheated food, frozen food and poor quality food is not worth over $500 even with the $200 correction for the many mistakes. Avoid this place.

    Food and service team was fantastic, really enjoyed the atmosphere, noise level was high, but very energetic If I have one call out, we had an 8 o’clock reservation and when we got there, they told us they’re running behind and it would be a bit. To their credit after challenging the fact of why we made a reservation just to wait for 30 minutes they sat us within five minutes. I’m guessing others weren’t so lucky.

    Unfortunately I had a horrible experience this weekend. Ordered a filet medium, it was brought out well done, NO BIG DEAL. Manager apologized, brought a new steak out, still wasn't medium, but I ate it. When the bill came, they don't give you a receipt to review. They come over with a tablet and ask for the CC. I was charged for 2 steaks, only ordered 1, and paid for someone else's food too. I told the waitress who brought the manager over. The manager apologized again and then stated, "I'm too busy to fix this so give me your number and I'll call you tomorrow". So you messed up my dinner, overcharged me, and then told me you were too busy to fix YOUR mistake, not mine. This is not how customer service is supposed to be handled.

    Restaurant is really nice inside and white. Staff and greeters are very nice. Food though is extremely overpriced and very mid-level quality. Steaks are seasoned well and we’re cooked adequately. The rack of lamb dish was tasty, but the preparation was lacking big time. No one cuts the Lamb chops in individual pieces which makes each chop no more than a quarter inch thick. You want a real chop that you cut into not eat like a lollipop.  The cowboy ribeye steak was quite small and very thin not what you would expect from a high-end steakhouse but again the flavors were decent would not return. They are much better steak houses for this kind of money. Average price per steak is $100 and side dishes are $19 just to add a compound butter was $12 way over price

    We booked a reservation for happy hour. This place has the most reasonable happy hour drink prices in the city! The food was great, ambiance was a great, our drinks were phenomenal, and wait staff were pleasant, quick, and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend! We will come back!

    Decided to reserve at STK as we have had great food and ambiance in Las Vegas,NV and Scottsdale, AZ. The vibe in Nashville is very different and made this visit disappointing.

    Hostess was friendly. Waiter not-so-much. Caesar Salad tasty as was buttered bread. Filet undercooked, NY Strip overcooked. Mashed potatoes & asparagus good taste. Noise level, ie music, too loud. Comparing this overall to STK NY & other premium steak houses…. not even in the ballpark of fine dining, esp for the price!!

    I never do reviews, but I feel compelled to let people know that this was the most expensive steak (tomahawk) that I have ever paid for, and it was the worst steak I’ve ever had. It was not cooked medium rare , it was cooked almost well done, and it tasted horrible. The watermelon margarita tasted like a sweet punch. Overall very disappointing!!!

    Service was amazing, waiter was able to get us in and out quick because we were on a time crunch, and most importantly the food was outstanding! They care about their guests and did their best to accommodate to us!!
