I was highly disappointed in this STK. I bragged and invited friends down to Nashville and highly recommended STK. The experience that was provided was not at its best. The Food oh my God was disappointing. We ordered the Porterhouse Steak Medium and it came out cold. Told the waiter he looked at us as though we were lying. Took it back didn’t apologize but sent management over to tell us what he could do and no apology from him either. Brought it back the second time still no apology but the chef to tell us that he had staff in training. Steak came this time lukewarm and rare. At this point we were over it. The manager came back over and we expressed to him regardless of the food there was no sincere apologies at all. He stated that it was truly his fault and he did not apologize and he should have. He came back and stated that again he could have done better and brought us over two business cards and discounted our check. As far as the waiter that assisted us I would never hire him he never came back and when he did he ask did we need to go boxes Wow. Remember Customer Service is everything even if your food is not prepared correctly. I have visited STK in Miami, ATL, Vegas and that have amazing service and the food is delicious. This was a shocker and definitely not the best experience especially when you have visitors in town.

My mom came in town to celebrate her birthday. Being she had never eaten at stk she didn’t know what to expect. The hostess, server, server assistant, Manager in charge and even the Dj were so nice! Food was amazing. We all fell in love with the strawberry graham cracker martini (sub tequila). The longest linguine was to die for and the Brussels were amazing. 10/10

Ok but so overpriced for what you get. Portions are tiny and taste just okay. $300 later for two people for dinner and drinks I feel could have been better spent elsewhere. Ambiance is fun and loud with good DJ music playing.

Came to Nashville for CMA fest and booked STK for dinner based on reviews. At first walking it I was a bit worried since it’s a little hidden away but once inside the vibe was great and everyone in our group loved their dinner. While it is pricy the cuts of meat were awesome and the Sea Bass was super fresh. Everyone highly enjoyed their meals and we will be making this a common stop when we visit Nashville again.

Everything was amazing. We celebrated my sisters birthday and they had a cute written out birthday card to welcome her. She was so shocked and surprised. Good was amazing, Mac and cheese and Brussels sprouts were bomb. Only thing we got that we tried didn’t eat and didn’t like was the tuna tartare.

Service was slow and subpar, and our food was brought out on a rickety tray that when he set up, I said was going to fall and he said he thought it was fine and then the whole thing tipped over and dumped all of our food. All of our entrées were brought,luke warm and then all of our hot food fell to the floor when the tray collapsed. The food was not exceptional, and it was even worse because it was cold and had been sitting.
