This was my first visit to STK, and I chose to sit at the bar. Every staff member I interacted with was excellent! My Old Fashioned was perfectly crafted. My only issue was my food. I got the calamari and 90% of the breading on the calamari would fall off and on top of that it was super chewy. Would visit again but hopefully the calamari is better.

I sat outside under a covered patio and they were very nice about asking me if I wanted to move bc of it. Also, there is an accesable ramp to the restrooms and that is great.

Steaks had no flavor and lobster tail was over cooked and tasted like rubber. Ordered a manhattan and was charge for an ice cube. Family of 4 one kid is 18 and the other is 13 spent $745. Was definitely not worth it. We have had multiple steakhouse restaurants in Denver and this by far the worst.

My steak was perfect. Lobster mac was ok, Brussels are better at spice trade company. Overall 1 star review because the service was terrible. I’ve been here many times and know what to expect but would say it’s gone down hill. Our waiter Nathan did not check on us until we were nearly finished with our meal. Then when bringing to go boxes he literally tossed the to go bag over our table. And simply left the boxes, did not offer to box. Never in my life have I boxed my own $150 steak. He came back to settle the check and realized I was waiting on him to box and then took the task.

The prices were a little high, but we had the most tremendous service from Tim that it didn’t matter. It was a wonderful dining experience with a waiter who knew the menu from top to bottom and had a wonderful personality.
