What to say in just one visit ? Well, as they say: "the first impression is what remains" . Everything was great. The seasoning and cooking point were excellent. We hope to return as soon as possible so we can try other dishes.

We ordered vodka tonics, and the tonic was flat making the drinks undrinkable. Also the restaurant could use some housekeeping as the floors were sticky and some the bathrooms stalls had no toilet paper. Michael our server was excellent and very apologetic.

This is not the standard STK you would expect. They do serve some unique cuts of steak and lobster, but that's where 'steakhouse' requirements end. The decor has some STK features but leans more towards the modern bar side of the spectrum. The pull apart bread was tough, rather than soft and fresh made, as if it was premade and reheated. Our first glass of wine was corked. Not only did they not offer cracked pepper, they didn't even have pepper for guests. Looked at me like I had three eyeballs then took quite some time to bring a small cup of processed pepper. Service staff was very friendly but poorly coordinated, so a management issue. We asked them to split our salad but it came single plated. Not a big deal but indicative of the evening. The plate of sauces came out next, alone. The steaks arrived later without the potatoes. We had to remind them, once we got their attention back minutes later, to bring the taters. Taters would good but not steakhouse good. We had to ask to get another round of wine twice after glasses were empty. On a positive note, the busser was all over filling our water glasses, sometimes so often it was intrusive (read just taken a sip), but he was trying so that's training peculiarities again. Overall, this location has targeted more of a bar crowd than steakhouse lovers but the prices are still post Covid steakhouse high with lacking steakhouse details.

Food and service was great . As much as I enjoyed the experience , I still struggle with how expensive our bill was . 2 ppl, one glass of wine ( only of us drank ) , one steak ( shared the NY strip) , one salad , 2 sides = $200

The wait and other staff were nice- but other than that there is NOTHING to commend about this place. The food and drink were grossly overpriced and flavorless (a nearly $20 side of mashed potatoes tasted like instant). The ambiance was awful- incredibly loud booming music made conversation impossible. And for $60- $90 meals (without drinks) the tables were cheap and artless. Our group (seasoned travelers) spent most of the meal regretting our choice. Skip this place- so many other nice places in Boston!

We had a ladies luncheon and everything we ordered was delicious. Our waiter was very sweet and patient with us. Definitely will be returning soon.

I really don't understand the appeal of the STK chain of trashy steakhouses, other than they're open late (then again, so it Taco Bell). I've been to the one in Bellevue WA when I lived in Seattle, awful experience compared to the great steakhouses around Seattle such as The Met, Daniel's Grill, or El Gaucho (and yet managed to be more expensive than the good places). Now that I live in Boston and was craving a late night steak after a show at Fenway and I trust OpenTable when it recommended STK. why not give it another chance I said to myself, Boston is old school and surely can't screw it up. nope, same trashy experience as the Bellevue location: terribly loud annoying music, weird lighting, food is overpriced and mediocre. It's not a steakhouse, rather a weird hybrid of Las Vegas dance club and mall food court and the clientele that was there that night seemed more interested in taking endless selfies than tasting the food. Stick to Grill 23, Boston Chops, or the many other _real_ steak restaurants in Boston.

I'm not a big reviewer, but I feel compelled after my first time at STK in Boston for a business lunch. STK sandwiches were near impossible to eat as the meat was tough, although tasty. At a restaurant of this caliber, I'd expect better than what seemed to be frozen french fries. One member of our party asked about swapping his side for a salad and was met with a polite 'we don't do that' There are plenty of other great restaurants in Back Bay which I will continue to patronize, I don't plan to return to STK.

I talked up this restaurant after visiting the one in San Juan PR and having one of the best dining experiences. This was not that. The service left much to be desired. They were not attentive and it did not feel like a fine dining experience. I loved my steak and lobster - that was cooked to perfection. My friend sent back everything. There was no lump crab in the crab cake among other issues. Disappointing.

I want to begin by expressing my utmost satisfaction with the dining experience my wife and I had tonight. It was truly terrific. Our server, Jesus, provided exceptional service. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and always had a smile on his face. He made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout the entire meal. Now, let's talk about the food. Our steak was cooked to perfection, and the flavor was out of this world. The shrimp and lobster were equally delightful, and we savored every bite. The desserts were as good as the entrees, and we couldn't get enough of them! The manager on site, Fred, was a true professional with a fantastic personality. We had a great conversation with him about the restaurant and his prior work experience in Miami. It was evident that he took pride in his work, and his attention to detail was impressive. He ensured that everything ran smoothly and that we had a wonderful experience. In conclusion, we will undoubtedly return to STK for another exceptional dining experience. David E. Gonsalez

This is an upscale overpriced restaurant for what you get and despite the food being good the fact that I could not hear the people With me at the table because the music was too loud. It was requested 8-10 times To bring the music down a little, to which they did, checked on us, then two minutes later raised back up. For this reason I will never recommend this restaurant.

Ordered my steak medium and came pretty rare. After a few bites I sent it back. Came back again and was medium rare. Did not want to send back my steak again for a 2nd time.

Our waitress was very nice, you could tell she was embarrassed by the entire situation. The corporate team was in town visiting the restaurant and to say they were worthless is the understatement of the year. I have never seen more people standing around doing nothing in my life. It was mind boggling. It was the worst dining experience I have ever had. Save your hard earned money, do not go here.

Beyond amazing!! I'm blown away by the service and taste of the options available! Hosts had infectious smiles as we walked in from the rain. Because we made a reservation they congratulated us on our anniversary and were so sweet. Daniel was attentive from the start and offered so many options. He was knowledgeable and helpful with choices. Loved the personal touches. Such an interesting guy to have a quick chat with. And from beginning to end, we were taken care of. The porterhouse was cooked perfectly. We chose the wagyu umami butter and that was a Show! Tater tots were crispy little Parmesan pillows. And the brussels were so yummy and loved the bacon with balsamic. It was hard to finish it all. As far as desserts- the chocolate cake was intimidating at first but, once I took a bite I realized how smooth and delicious it was. A blend of dark and milk chocolate to create the perfect bite. And the apple pie was cinnamon and apple and flaky crust. Loved it with the ice cream. Can't forget the chocolate chip cookie, I mean, how can you go wrong with that and a scoop of ice cream? Cannot forget the drink. I had the STK Mule and it was good enough to have twice. Lol The DJ (DjMastermind) was perfect. The music was fantastic background and not too much, that you would have to miss part of a conversation. We had a couple of the Corporate managers swing by that I was able to talk to. Dee and Redd. They were genuinely aware of the entire restaurant as I watched them mingle. The thing I noticed was the teamwork that was shown. I never felt ignored or unattended. This restaurant will thrive with the level of attention they give to guests. From atmosphere to consideration of the guests from beginning to end I recommend STK to anyone. I will be telling all of my friends to go to STK when they are in Boston or any of the locations they can be lucky enough to try.

Easter Sunday dinner. - never received bread…or ketchup—steak was initially raw-salad was Parm cheese w a little lettuce. Terrible Cesar salad. Been to Vegas and NY. VERY DIFFERENT AND DISAPPOINTING

First time eating there for brunch. Food was decent but not exceptional. I had steak, eggs and pancakes. Pancakes were dry and tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Also, VERY EXPENSIVE! $800 bill for 5 for brunch is pretty excessive. There are cheaper alternatives nearby that are just as good, if not better.

My husband is VERY particular about food quality and service. He never gives compliments. STK had him raving about both! The food was superb and the presentation, too. But what really stood out was the service…Daniel was our server and he was the best we’ve had in years! Attentive, knowledgeable and very professional. The whole staff was excellent from the women at the front, (one of which took my family’s photo in front of their STK “step and repeat”) and the managers checking on us. There was even a live DJ and it was Easter Sunday! 100% satisfied all around.

Interior was a good vibe, food was good. The service needs some improvement as it lack attention to detail multiple times from asking for something multiple and still not getting it. Manager came by and asked how dinner was but when starting the give the feedback they said okay and just walked away. Beautiful spot and still new so hopefully it’s just them ironing out things/ roles and expectations.

I've dined at STK before, but this was my first experience at the Boston location. The food and cocktails are always good and did not disappoint! We received a warm, enthusiastic welcome upon entering the restaurant and were promptly shown to our seats. Our waiter attended to us right away for a food and beverage order. All of this was great way to start, except the promptness continued throughout our dining experience and we ultimately felt like we were being rushed out. There is a delicate balance of ensuring your guests are being attended to and making them feel that you've got to turn the table over asap. We were in and out in an hour, so it was not an enjoyable dining experience. Since this location is new perhaps they are working kinks out with training staff and refining service. Dine here for the delicious food , drinks, and ambiance, but if you are looking for that in combination with exceptional service, I think they missed the mark.

Amazing dinner before heading over to see Ronny Chieng. Everything was amazing. Our waiter Isaiah was amazing, answered all my questions (I ask a lot) and had great recommendations. Absolutely worth taking some friends and enjoying such delicious well prepared steaks. We got the A5 waygu, dry aged delmonico and filet. Cooked to perfection. Even dessert didn’t disappoint.

The whole staff was friendly and reasonably prompt. It is not a quiet spot but the DJ had some nice mixes. I enjoyed the cocktails as well as the crab cake and short rib.
