Stingray is a modern-casual restaurant that can dress up for a social occasion, but prefers to dress down for dinner on a Thursday. It’s menu is inspired by traditional Japanese cuisine, but with our own Century Hospitality flare and casual favourites. So don’t worry about sushi etiquette here – grab some sashimi, handrolls, and a cocktail to enjoy whatever the day or night is calling for.

For us, it’s where Japanese cuisine meets century hospitality group – It’s the essence of traditional and modern influences coming together.

Our food + drink is carefully hand crafted with only the freshest and Finest ingredients. Our dishes are meant to be shared and in doing so You’ll best enjoy and appreciate the vision our team strives to deliver on.

Really nice atmosphere, not typically styled. Cozy and warm. Food was delicious - you MUST try the tuna tartare!! I could have eaten 4 or 5 of these plates. Hand rolls are unique and flavourful. WARNING: bento boxes are massive! They have a different take on the sides provided, which wasn’t my favourite as I don’t eat most of what they provided. Next time I will stick to the individual pieces such as hand rolls and appetizers. Highly recommend.

Wowza!! Great food. Awesome wait staff. The drinks were good and well made. The food was excellent. The stingray that comes with your check make sure you steal. It’s really cool.

The good to great, but not excellent. Our server however was excellent and overall we enjoyed our meal!
