Located in the heart of the Sunset Harbor neighborhood, Stiltsville Fish Bar features quality seafood by Jeff McInnis and Janine Booth.

Quality seafood & tiki inspired drinks, the restaurant is centered around the glistening view of the harbor and stunning sunsets.

SAFETY MEASURES:
- Prior to opening our restaurant went through professional deep cleaning and was treated with disinfectants and sanitation sprays
- The dining room has been reconfigured to keep tables 6ft. apart
- Team members are using masks & gloves at all times
- All table tops, menus, surfaces, plates, glassware, & utensils are disinfected and sanitized after each use
- Team members are adhering to strict hand washing standards
- Several sanitation stations are available for guests to access hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, and paper towels

Love Stiltsville but this visit had some glitches. Out of my first two choices of beer? Wife’s grilled octopus ceasar salad ($20) was very shy of octopus and overall small for the price.

The tackle box and Cavier Deviled Eggs were delicious. We also loved the coconut shrimp and watermelon. Nice little restaurant public parking right across the street! Noise level was not loud even with a packed restaurant would definitely recommend

Jonathan provided great service for my rambunctious group of family and friends there to celebrate my graduation. I selected this place for the excellent seafood options and happy hour cocktails, and my group had a wonderful time!

The server was very nice and understanding. Food was good. Has to send back fish for being too salty to eat, but replacement was perfectly cooked. Would visit again.

Upon entering the smell of fish was unpleasant- so we decided to get a starter to see if we wanted to stay for dinner-we ordered the tackle box which is a mix of fresh seafood! The oysters were not freshly shucked. They were dry looking and the shrimp had a sticky film. It was anything but fresh. Service was good though. Pleasant server. Didn't complain we just left and went to dinner at another place. I would not recommend

Mariana was knowledgeable and friendly. Food and wine tasty. The peel and eat shrimp are always a favorite and the fried chicken is better than at chicken places. The watermelon salad is refreshing. Decent choice of wines.

Mariana was a fabulous server… Friendly, warm, helpful, attentive… Really a great representative of the restaurant. In the past, service was pretty erratic, sometimes getting main courses delivered at different times, food inconsistent in terms of cooking and quality. But in the last few months, it has become much more consistent, and the service has definitely improved. We are local, and live with steps away, so we hope it keeps up!

Great casual place with terrific seafood. Crispy whole fish is outstanding. Sides and drinks solid. Octopus delicious. Half tackle box adorable and solid sampler. Our servers were very helpful and attentive, while still giving us space. Overall, strong rec for delicious meal overall.

This was our first time here based on a coworker's recommendation, we brought guests from out of town. The food was very fresh and reasonably priced for Miami. The ambience was not what I was expecting from the pictures, not a water view. The server was very inattentive and overall ruined the experience.

Our waiter was great! The only blib was when I ordered the grilled mango Bibb salad without sesame dressing. I asked the waiter to ask the chef for his recommendation on an alternative since I shouldn’t have sesames. He suggested one of the other salad dressings but presented the salad with sesame seeds anyway. The waiter came by a bit later to check on us and as we were eating I mentioned the sesame seeds. He asked us to replace but at that point I had dug u see the top layers to avoid the seeds and had eaten enough that it would Not have been appropriate to replace the entire salad. I would Have expected it he salad taken off our bill or a manager stop by our table to apologize as they were rotating walking around the floor the entire time. Otherwise, amazing food, amazing desert and fabulously amazing service.

The whole roasted yellowtail was phenomenal!! Snapper ceviche lacked a little salt/acid but the smoked fish dip was perfection.

Food and vibe were amazing, but the service is really what took it to the next level. Our server Dennis was great and everyone from the hostess to the manager came by to chat and make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Would absolutely recommend!

We were disappointed to learn that the fish wings and fish were small last night, so we had to order something else. The shrimp and fish spread were great, as usual. I tried the small bite crab cake, and it was delicious. I’m also a great fan of the sides, including the Cole slaw, pickled onions, and pickles . We loved the key lime pie dessert, and enjoyed celebrating our 62nd anniversary at Stiltsville !

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic restaurant, and I can't recommend it enough! The food was outstanding, with each dish showcasing fresh ingredients and packed with flavor.
