Not as advertised. I would not call this a “steakhouse”. They serve steak, but that’s where it ended. We ate here for convenience before seeing a show here, but I would strongly recommend eating somewhere else and just coming for the show.

We went to an early dinner because our show was afterward. Very quiet but expected. The restaurant Was very clean and welcoming. Service very good. The food was outstanding and very affordable especially as Las Vegas is very expensive. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and would go back for sure

Steaks were excellent, seasoned perfectly. We had a leisurely dinner before the 7PM show. We were not rushed, service was excellent. Would highly recommend.

If I could select zero stars I would . This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in Vegas. Not to mention it was valentine’s day as well. First the ambiance was non existent. The lights were on bright. The room was small with about 11 tables. Some had candles others didn’t (including mine). The service was absolutely horrible. We reserved a 3 course meal and it took 25 minutes to get the first course, which was a tomato soup. The soup came like warm and salty. It was basically water with tomato flavor. It was so bad my wife sent hers back and it took another 15 minutes to get a salad. The second course took an additional 35 minutes to come out and when it did it was also cold and salty. We were so disappointed that we left during the experience. The manager took 15 minutes to come speak with us after we stood up at our table. We ended up paying 14 dollars for the wack soup and salad and went to CPK. I would highly suggest not paying for this experience. All bad!!

The manager was excellent and tried hard. I really liked the waitress as well. As much as I would like to give a good review because the two ladies were very nice, if you want the truth, the experience was lacking. My wife ordered wine. It took forever for her to get her drink and then it was the wrong wine. Either the waitress was not totally familiar with the wine or the communication between the waitress and the bartender was lacking. The waitress asked if I wanted bread. After saying "yes", it was never brought during the whole meal. My wife's salad was excellent however it took again, forever to get her salad and walnuts were omitted. My wife ordered salmon which was cooked well but had incredible amounts of salt making it almost uneatable. My prime rib was excellent. They really tried to give my wife a gluten free desert but it was brought to the table almost frozen. We had to ask for things like a sharp knife or cocktail sauce, etc. The room itself is not classy. It has the ability to be a desired place to eat. It is a step above a coffee shop but not a fine dinner house. It all depends on what Alexis Park is trying to accomplish. The door during dinner was open so it was noisy from lobby noise when it shouldn't have been. Probably the biggest thing I can write is that organization and professionalism was severely lacking. I reiterate that the manager really tried to help. I give her an A+. I am a business owner and writing this is not intended to be mean. If this review helps improve the quality of service then it is worth it.

Let me start by saying that we had never been to this resort before, so had no idea what to expect. Perhaps we should have set our expectations based on the really excellent ($50) price point for the meal. The "Steakhouse at Alexis Gardens" is essentially the common dining room for the resort. It's fairly large, wide open, and is connected to the pool area. On this, occasion, there was also a group dinner being celebrated at one end of the dining room. The room was fairly bright, and aside from the dozen people at the group dinner, there were 3 or 4 other couples there. The food was okay. For appetizers I had Shrimp Cocktail. The shrimp were huge and not so recently frozen, and the arugalah in the center soaked up most of the cocktail sauce, but it was still okay. My wife had an amazing salad with strawberries and feta cheese. For the entrée I had a good prime rib served with an au jus and a creamy horseradish sauce on the side, asparagus which was just slightly overcooked, and mashed red skin potatoes. The au jus was slopped into a bowl and the napkin in the saucer was not enough to clean up the appearance, but for $50, I should have expected nothing more. My wife had the salmon, which was way overdone, with a nice broccolini. My wife had a delicious cheesecake for dessert and I had the Soumoni Bomba which was also very good, but the tart that came with it was not yet completely thawed out. The overall experience was a bit underwhelming, but we were there for the Frank Sinatra show, and the dinner was an afterthought. The show, by the way, was OUT STANDING!

I came here on Valentine’s Day, my food was delicious. I ordered the salmon and it was cooked perfectly. My friend also ordered the salmon and she loved it, mind you she’s picky. The desert was very good I had the cheesecake. My server was very polite and the manager even came to our table a few times to see if there was anything else needed. I would definitely be going back in the future.

It took me a while to post because i had originally posted but It never went through. I ordered the tenderloins and they were the best piece of meat I’ve had in a long time. My mashed potatoes were flavored very well. My margarita was delicious that I ordered two of them.

We had a great experience. We were a party of 6 looking for a steak dinner. The reviews were all over the board but we took a chance and so happy we did. Blanca is a great server. The medallions were so tasty and tender. I would definitely come back again!!

Food was good, although maybe a bit pricey for what you get. Issue was the time. We got there at 5 as we had a reservation, told the waitress we had tickets to the 6pm show, ordered app and salad and meal around 5:15 and the app/salad didn’t even arrive for 30 mins. Then around 5 mins later main meal arrived and they wouldn’t even let us bring food into show. So basically spent $120 and got to eat half of the app and half of our meal before we had to take rest to go so we wouldn’t be late for the show that was in the same area. That was disappointing. There was only one other table and they just opened so it should not have taken that long to get our food. Food was very good though and our waitress was pleasant.

Be aware, this is NOT a steakhouse. It looks like a coffee shop. Options are minimal. Steaks are offered but highly overpriced for this environment. The servers are great. We were there to also attend a show, and learned this dining venue and experience is new for the Alexis Park. They need to work out a bunch of kinks and ramp up the experience and environment.

WE WERE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED BY THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD OFFERINGS. THE COST WAS REASONABLE, AND THE SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING ( A SHOUT OUT TO BLANCA, WHO TOOK GREAT CARE OF US). WHILE BASICALLY A PLACE TO DINE FOR THEIR HOTEL GUESTS AND AFTER SHOW CROWDS, THE RESTAURANT COULD PERHAPS ATTRACT OTHER DINERS WITH WEEKLY SPECIALS (THEME MEALS, ETC.). WOULD LIKELY EAT HERE AGAIN.

We chose this “steakhouse” because our show for the evening was at the same location. Our show was changed to a later time but we kept our 5 pm reservation with the thought we would be able to relax and have plenty of time. We were greeted and sat down in a room that looked like a banquet hall. The young man was training and really seemed out or sorts and at the time we were the only table in the place. We ordered drinks and appetizers, the caprese salad and parmesan truffle fries. The caprese salad was delicious however calling the fries anything but regular fries was a stretch. When we ordered we all decided on the filet mignon with al a cart sides for each couple to share. When the food was brought out they brought us the filet medallions which included sides as well as the al a cart sides we ordered. When we stated that none of us ordered the medallions but the filet mignon. The server, seemed annoyed that we wanted to “cancel” what was brought to table. We stated yes we want to “cancel” it’s not was we wanted. While we were waiting the manager did come to out table and apologized and that she would get us a dessert. We did order another glass of wine which ended up being complementary for two of us but not the third person. When our steak’s finally arrived they were all cooked to the wrong temperature. Since by now our extra time was gone we didn’t request new ones. Fortunately the steaks did have a good flavor and simply seasoned even being cooked more than we requested. The asparagus and broccolini were cold but the mash potatoes were hot and creamy. The complementary desserts were satisfactory for what they were. Our reservation was to include a 20% discount which at first we were running out of time so we weren’t going to insist on it. However when we saw the added 18% gratuity, which was not deserved (we would have tipped but not 18%) we did insist on the discount. This was not the experience we had been looking forward to.

Sad attempt at a high end steak house with steak house prices. We only went bc we were seeing a show there. Everything was subpar. The waitress was very casual and unprofessional. The ambiance is non existent! The food is below Texas Roadhouse quality. Stay away!

Food was disappointing. If they’re going to put steakhouse in their name, the chef should know how to cook a steak. Had the filet mignon and came out charred and over done…ordered medium rare. On a positive note, the server was wonderful and despite the bad food kept a smile on her face apologizing.

The best steak we've had, cooked perfectly! Side dishes were delicious, their raspberry iced tea is to die for, and the chocolate lava cake? Don't get me started! Also, Blanca was a wonderful server, very personable! We highly recommend Alexis Steakhouse!

Let me begin by saying we were there because we had tickets to a show late that evening in the same place and thought it would be easier to eat there and not be far from the showroom. (The show was awesome by the way) Let’s start with the fact that because you serve steak doesn’t make you a steak house. One steak was way undercooked and the other was extremely overcooked and they were both void of flavor. The baked potato was cold and the brocolli was so hard it might as well been raw. I make it a habit never to send food back as I never know what I’ll get the second time, but I let the sever know it was not good but we’d keep the meals but definitely not be returning for the food. Steak sauce, salt and pepper and we made it through. NOTE: Never should you ever need steak sauce if a steak is cooked properly. The server was very pleasant and attentive considering the circumstances but was not very knowledgeable of the menu. I am aware that everyone has an off day, however, somehow I feel this is the standard or norm for this place. We would not be returning.

The restaurant was closed for pictures and we were put in the bar! We made our reservation well in advance and they never notified us that they were closed that night! We asked for rolls or bread with our salad and they did not have any!....And we are the only 2 people in the bar. The only thing that was good about this experience was our server Blanca.

We went here before the Aussie Heat show they do here. The show was amazing! But let’s get into dinner. If perfect was an option for noise level I would have put that. I loved the aesthetic and vibe for the steakhouse. Perfect amount of dim light with right about of music playing in the background. The food was incredible! Caprese salad and beet and goat cheese salad and crab cakes for appetizer. Great portions, not too big were we would be too full for entrees but not small either. Great balance. Filet all dayy here. The blue cheese Demi sauce is a must if you go here! The steak was so flavorful and juicyyyy. But that blue cheese demi! Chefs kiss. Omg don’t even get me started with dessert. The tiramisu with the fudge sauce. we can go ahead and just bottle that chocolate sauce and sell me a case of that cause its amazing. Not to mention the texture and overall flavor of the tiramisu was well balanced with chocolate and coffee. Deeevine. This place is a hidden gem. Very good portion to price. Overall ten out of ten experience.
