My wife and I went to Steak 48 for her birthday. The food was delicious, our waiter was very knowledgeable and helpful, but we waited an hour before our food was brought.

We had an amazing experience celebrating our daughters 11th birthday! Our server Marquest was exceptional and made sure our daughter had an amazing birthday dinner with family. Food was great as always. The manager came to check on us a couple of times to make sure everything was going well. Great place for celebrations! The whole staff was very welcoming.

We made the reservation last minute for a party of 12 and were quite pleased to have been accommodated. Arsala was very friendly and helpful. The dinner service and food was excellent.

the only issue I had was walking through the kitchen area to be seated. This was my friends first time at Steak 48, and having to explain/apologize why his birthday dinner was being had on the other side of the kitchen was embarrassing. But, other than that everything was nice.

Frequent visitor, my server name was Michelle and she was excellent. Knowledgeable of the menu and provided me and my wife great service. The food was great, and my drink was strong. Very satisfied with my experience. I will be back.

Everything was superb! We had a great waitress, Royjana. She was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, made great suggestions and impeccable service. It’s always a great time to dine at Steak 48. In a class all by yourself!

Was very good overall, New York strip was cooked fantastically, did have a little bit of a chemical taste to the outside charring, but still amazing. The bread was very good. And the desert options were all very good. Our waiter Lem, was an amazing. Overall fantastic!

As a long-term client of the restaurant, I was disappointed during my last visit when I was given a less desirable seat despite the restaurant being half-empty at the time. This experience was surprising and fell short of the usual standards I've come to expect.

Jesus took care of me at the bar. He was very attentive and his drinks were amazing! I mentioned my food allergy, and he made sure to bring it to the kitchens attention. The overall experience was great! Thanks Steak 48.

Steak48 is never a disappointment! We love coming here for dinner. This particular dinner was special because we were celebrating a birthday. I contacted Steak48 about a week in advance when I made the reservations to see if they could do custom menus for the birthday celebration and they jumped right on it without hesitation! They went above and beyond to make sure my request was met and they even included a hand written note from the general manager. We were truly blown away by the hospitality, customer service, food and overall experience.

Every part of the meal was perfection. The appetizer, main meal, dessert and drinks were some of the best I have ever had. The staff were so well informed and entertaining. The price is definitely on the higher end but you are paying for the best of the best.

We had a lovely dining experience, and the kitchen even made me a GF dessert that was off menu so I could enjoy the perfect ending to a fabulous meal. Matthew our server was phenomenal, and made our dining experience that much better!

We came here to have dinner with our nephew while in town. The food was delicious, service was on point, and the ambiance was beautiful. Bathrooms were also clean which was a nice touch. While we thoroughly enjoyed our food, we would have loved to have seen an option for a kid’s menu. Many other high end restaurants we have been to have had this option. While it may be rare that someone brings their children to an upscale restaurant, it would be a nice touch. Was ESPECIALLY impressed with the birthday card for our nephew that the restaurant provided and the follow up call and email to thank us for our visit. When you go and spend this kid of money, it’s crucial to have the customer service to go with it. That was definitely done here!!

The service was great. Christian was amazing and the food was great. HOWEVER! I am so disappointed that I had half a steak boxed up but when I got home the steak wasn’t there. That is not okay.

The staff were extremely efficient and pleasant. The food was outstanding. The staff were readily available and always checking in to ensure quality was top shelf. The only opportunity would be a little brighter lighting.

Visited Houston for a friend’s wedding, so my partner and I wanted to try one of Houston’s finest steaks in town. Let me tell you, from appetizers to dinner entree, this restaurant didn’t disappoint! The bone in filet mignon, and the bone in rib eye were cooked to perfection. The ambience was good, and I really liked the interior design of the place. Our waiter & everyone working here were all very attentive. A must try for anyone visiting from out of town. Definitely will come back again next time.

Came here for my son's birthday and every one of the staff was supper nice and patient. The food was just as good as when we came the first time last year. Will def think of this place whenever we have special occasions to celebrate...or just for date night.

Steak 48 is one of our favorites normally. But last night seemed to be an off night. The bread wasn’t as soft as usual. The drinks didn’t seem to be made correctly and the seating wasn’t what we expected as a couple

Spectacular evening! Great table, great service and food was amazing! Cannot wait to come back one of my very favorite places to dine in Houston!

I would pass on this Steak 48 , very disappointing.The food was very good but the whole experience was not . We were originally seated in a back room and had to walk through the kitchen , table had the kitchen behind it and was half light and dark , there wine holders that needed to be moved so we could sit down , we asked to be moved to the main dining and them were placed in another back room . They tried to seat another party at our table and then had an argument in front of us over the table The waitress came over dropped off the menus and never returned for about 25 minutes despite having to pass our table multiple times put in items and go to the kitchen. We then asked a server if they could get our waitress so we could place our order . She returned with an attitude that we were bothering her and this continued through the meal . First bite of my KC strip steak, I looked at my husband and said I could cry. It was perfectly rare, and perfectly seasoned. It also can’t say enough about the staff, from the hostess to the manager in training who stopped by our table and had a lovely chat. Fantastic!
