Love this coffee house. Food is freshly prepared and generous portions. Love the chips. If you are lucky enough to be there when there are still home-made eclairs on sale then grab them quickly. Big enough to share or last over 2 days, if you have the will power.

The staff were attentive and friendly the atmosphere was warm and inviting.My friend and I ordered club sandwich and ham hock hot sandwiches they came on fried bread which wasn’t stated on the menu,they were greasy and would be so much nicer if the bread was toasted which resulted in us not eating the bread which was a shame.

Thoroughly enjoyed my Birthday at the Station Coffee House. The food was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely return.

No reservation had been made for my friend and I but fortunately there was a table free. We only had a cold sandwich each and chips but very tasty. On previous visits I have had full breakfast which was delicious. Home made soup too and sour dough bread also delicious. The only negative point on Station House is parking! I have visited a few times now and never been fortunate enough to get a car parking space. There is a large car park which is used by train users from Prescot station and is always completely full and the nearest available street parking is some distance away.
