STATION 16 SEAFOOD RESTAURANT & BAR ORIGINATES FROM...
a local family that loves seafood, flavor, and family gatherings. Their passions for flavors and spices drove the creation of an establishment where you can dine on the freshest sustainable seafood.

This new addition to Midtown has much to offer; with a modern industrial setting, a fresh raw oyster bar, private dining room, full bar, and an outside patio dining area. Station 16 offers everything you need to make your dining experience a memorable one.

Family owned and operated, they carefully crafted a menu that features fresh seafood and simple raw preparations, with additional local produce and meats. Station 16 specializes in garlic roasted seafood served on sizzling cast iron skillets. Their goal is to create simple but flavorful dishes.

Wow, took my wife here for Mother’s Day and man! I got there 30 minutes early was thinking probably wouldn’t find parking easy but we did. When we got to the restaurant was told kitchen was backed up. I am a very patient person and didn’t mind it was going to be a little while for our food. When we finally got our food it was cold and my pink. My wife Mac and cheese was very plain no flavor. definitely will not recommend or go back to this place and when I was expecting them to pick up the tab, which was only our appetizers they still charge me. Smh!!! I don’t think it was the cooks fault either that my food came out cold.

Made reservations to take my mother and when we got there on time we were told the kitchen was backed up and it would take “a long time” to get our food. It was Mother’s Day so we couldn’t just go someplace else, so we stayed. We got our food approximately 2 hours after we ordered it. We were so hungry we would have eaten anything, which is good considering the medium-rare order was well done, almost burnt. The seafood was good, not nothing extraordinary.

The service was bad - I understand that it was a holiday so it was busy, but I feel that they should’ve been prepared. We had to wait long periods for small things like water refills, bread, plates, etc. I understand that it’s a busy but for the cost of the food, i feel that the company should be better prepared.

we were there last year and want to comeback for a special occasion Mother’s day 2024 and we invite my friend and his family and we had a blast they loved the place and the food they was not disappointed we had a good time again thank u

I arrived a little early. It took more than five minutes before anyone came to see if I needed anything to drink or to see if I was OK. My parents ordered 2 cups of clam chowder. They shared one bow and the server took the other jowl back. The server did not remove the other bowl and I had to ask to please remove it from the check.over all the food was delicious. My lobster roll was good and my parent’s seafood platter, was delicious.

Enjoyed a lovely dinner. Great service add the lobster tails and shrimp. Music was a bit too loud though.

We waited an hour for our appetizers. One of three entrees came out before our starters and when the server asked the kitchen for an update on our food they yelled at her so loud we could hear them. The manager didn’t even offer to comp our drinks or anything. Unfortunate, because we loved this eatery.

Second time there, since the first time was so great, but this one was a disappointment. Not enought servers, took a long time to get drinks and food. Food was not very good either. Scallops were burned and lobsters were dry. Maybe because they were understaffed NYE.

Took very long for food to come and got served. Steak was dry and burnt. Service was bad; it was NOT worth for 20% mandatory fees. Definitely not come back.

Avoid their special events! Went on NYE 2023 for an early dinner, and it was nothing short of utterly disappointing. Reservation at 5:30p, arrived promptly, full lobby of guests waiting for seats and mostly empty tables. Seated relatively quickly and took our time deciding. I have dietary challenges with onions and garlic, not easy for restaurants... asked about several items, made plan with server, who was working hard to make everything great. Ordered dozen oysters, two old fashioned, scallops without shallots and sub more veggies for garlic mashed potatoes. Wife - ceaser salad with chicken. Simple. Oysters took more than 20 mins to arrive, still did not have our old fashioned... empty water glasses... asked for drinks again and refill on water. Oysters finished, took another 10 minutes for old-fashioned, no water. Server already apologizing, overheard manager being requested to next table, hearing complaints about slowness, orders wrong, etc. Overheard server apologizing to their other tables. At 45 mins from order, wrong food for another table came to us. At 50 mins, server stopped quickly, had asked the manager to visit, apologized again. Still no water refill, drinks long consumed, no offers to get another or etc. Asked again for water. Just about to walk out at about 60 mins, scallops came out, standard order, covered in scallions and atop garlic mashed. No ceaser salad yet... no water refill. No manager. Server check moments later and said would make it right. At around 68 minutes from order, new scallops came, correct, but no ceaser. Took another 4 min for ceaser. Still no water, asked again and finally got. Food was very tasty! Manager finally came at 7:35p, threw setup team under bus, said his fault for taking yesterday off. Comped only drinks, free desert, we refused. Desert provided to go by another apologizing manager. Utter Disaster. Not going back.

Went for my wife's birthday, and the food was absolutely excellent. Our server was very attentive and made our experience a wonderful one. Will definitely return.

We were a group of 4. Arrived early to accommodate our theater tickets at 7:30. Seating was in corner booth which allowed seating for handicap scooter. Servers were very accommodating offering drinks & appetizers. Ordered calamari & pot stickers, both very good. Pot stickers especially good since they were crisp. Ordered shrimp scampi, burger & salmon, all enjoyed and we walked to theater just around the corner. A very enjoyable evening.

Celebrated a birthday and everyone at the table really enjoyed their food. The service was good but not the best. The ambiance was very chill and relaxed.

i was there for a first time that was my wife’s birthday and we had a good time we ordered the trinity and was not disappointed everything was so good i can recommend this place and definitely we’re coming back thanks again

The dinners...Cajun Pasta (great), Blackened Salmon w/Garlic Rice (great), Linguine (absolutely outstanding), and the Sizzling Skillet Apple Pie Ala Mode (OMG!!!)...were enjoyed by all four. And our server, Catherine in 4300, was helpful, impeccable and prompt in her service

Ok. Excited to go. Read the reviews. Food looked good. First and foremost, too much garlic!! And this coming from an Italian!!!! I love garlic, but this was rediculous. They used , I think pre chopped garlic. Easy to overuse. Twice as potent. Our crab and shrimp was good. But again, too much garlic overpowers it. Just sayin..... and the steamed clams were good but, I think could have used a bit more seasoning other than garlic. Otherwise, we enjoyed the concept. We will go back and try again. We want to love the place because with just a couple small changes it could be so fab! We will try again. Good location. Good vibe. Nice staff.

Went on a date there Sunday evening and it was a wonderful experience. The crab and shrimp with garlic butter sauce was out of this world. The staff was so nice and helpful with deciding what to order as our first time there and it wasn’t too loud. I was still in the area an hour later and returned to get a sprite to go for my hour and half drive home and they were closed. Well the front desk girl was kind to let me in and get me a sprite to go. Overall experience was just excellent and would definitely return back. Thanks to all the staff.

We were so impressed with the food and service! This was hands down one of the best meals we’ve ever had! We will gladly make the drive to come back! There were three of us and we had the Baked Fella Oysters and calamari to start. Then had The Big Mix Skillet and Lobster Mac-n- Cheese. We also decided to have an Oyster Shooter! OMG everything was amazing! Left totally satisfied! Amazing!

Fabulous food. Our server, Scott, took excellent care of us. We had never been to Station 16 before and Scott was able to make recommendations that made for an outstanding meal.

The floors seem dirty at first walking in. It's more of a Applebee's than anything else. The drink cocktails are delicious but the food is just so-so. Overly salty cajun pasta, chicken sandwich dry and over cooked. Waitress was very nice and prompt but she didn't know much about where the meat or fish came from. There's a lot better restaurants in downtown Sac for the money.

Really enjoyed the prix fixe menu for Dine Downtown Week 2020. The crab bisque was delicious. I had the Blackened Salmon and then Creme Brûlée for dessert. All yummy!! My husband had Crab Carbonara and Apple Pie a la mode!

Went on New Year’s Day, didn’t have the wine I wanted, and my husband’s dish was too spicy. He asked how it was and warning about that would have been helpful. I had the salmon salad which was great. Apple pie ala mode was fabulous as usual.
