Everything was great but at one moment, the waiter got lost and it was like 10 to 15 minutes before we saw her again and we had to ask someone where she was other than that wonderful experience

We had 7:30 reservations for 3 and were seated right away, then asked to move because the music was SOOO LOUD. Our server, Alyssa, was great and got them to turn it down in our section. We have eaten here many times and have noticed that the food quality has gone down recently, but wanted to give them another chance. We had the charcuterie board, which was good, as expected. The H-Town Hot Chicken Sandwich seemed like it had been sitting under a heat lamp, just not fresh. The chili was inedible, tasted like a ton of cumin had been dumped in and not cooked out. My husband’s salad was nice and fresh though.

No attention by staff and restaurant had adequate staff to manage the amount of crowd at time. Drink orders were wrong, meal orders were wrong and slow, nobody ever stopped to check on us while waiting for orders that didn’t come out together and I had to beg for more water which took over five minutes to get. Where is the manager running the floor?! This was my second poor experience and I’m now convinced a once nice place to go is merely another sub-average restaurant surrounded by average restaurants that you at least feel more welcome attending within a five mile radius.

Service was horrendous. The staff was pleasant and courteous, but their attentiveness and timing of food and drinks made for an awkward and very long dining experience.

Food was absolutely amazing and the portions were huge especially for the pice. Everyone in my party had an amazing time. This was our first time in texas and we were really glad to have chosen this place. Next time we come, we will be back!!
