    Great menu and experience…they did mess up the bill which was concerning but otherwise would recommend

    This place-what the fxxk ! Worth every penny! Last time I was here was 7yrs ago, try getting in w/o res you’re fuckt. Anyways, this place is full of magical goodies .

    I had really been looking forward to trying State Bird Provisions and was so disappointed with our meal. The food was nothing special. Service was slow. I love the dim sum style concept, but in execution the selection was uninteresting and the things we did choose weren’t all that tasty.

    The food was so good! Everyone was so polite and it was just the best. It’s my favorite restaurant so I had to go one last time before I moved! Def the best

    We appreciated the concept of using the dim sum style roving carts. The service was very efficient, helpful and personable. The ambiance and vibe was very lively and fun, but the noise level was high so, for some elders, it made conversation difficult. The variety of dishes were creative and fun to try. Since this was our first time at the restaurant, our picks from the roving carts were sort of pot luck so some dishes we loved and others, not so much. I think it would take another visit or two to figure out what to say "yes" to and what to say "no thank you" to, for our tastes.

    We had an enjoyable evening at State Bird, but it was the consensus of the group that the food wasn’t quite up to the standards that we had experienced before. A lot of the dim sun style dishes seemed repetitive, lots of salad this salad and salad that. Generally not what I would call special, tasty surprise. The state bird quail was great as always, and our steak was tasty, but we also found it salty and a little tough for cutting with a butter knife. Service folks were great as always noise as loud as always.

    Our 2nd visit. What a delicious spot with kind service that is professional but not too stuffy/unfriendly. Can't wait for our 3rd visit.
