We arrived ten minutes early prior to our reservation time but were seated immediately. Our server was friendly and provided good recommendations for food and drinks. The atmosphere was a bit noisier than usual but that’s because they had a big game on TV, so we weren’t bothered. The food tasted great, of course!

Maybe we were expecting too much of this neighborhood bar/eatery, but their food is normally really good. The brunch was average at best. Eggs tasted like the powdered variety and the bulk of the offerings were carb-heavy. No butter for the waffles. A bit disappointed in the meal. No dessert offerings either. The mimosa for us Moms was a nice touch.

It was Mother's Day Brunch (buffet).I booked here on OT not realizing it was only buffet and the food was tasty, a small cross section of options (more breakfast items). We generally don't go out for Mother's Day, but did enjoy our food and experience

Although we've been here many times, this was our first time visit on a special occasion for their Mother's Day brunch and all I can say is it was a fairly large disappointment for everyone in our party... The lack of attention to the food service being refilled was only overshadowed by the lack of quality of the food being refilled that I would equate to just below a mediocre 'included breakfast' at a 3.5 star hotel with an added bonus of the extra long and slow waiting line you get with a very inexpensive wedding reception caterer... The only person that had a good time was our server that enjoyed a $50 tip for her visit to our table once with water (never to be refilled), once to deliver the ordered drinks and once again with our bill... I'm sure that we'll be returning on occasion, as we have in the past, but we won't be enjoying any special occasions at Stanley's anytime soon!

Buffet had very little variety, and a few items (sausage burnt/Mac & cheese with almost no cheese/scrambled eggs cold), were well below expectations for a $25/person brunch. We did line the Hot Chicken Sliders, Cheesy Potatoes, Bacon, and salmon on cucumbers appetizer. Stanley’s is one of our favorite places, however the brunch wasn’t the best.

It was our first time and we really enjoyed the brunch menu and had outstanding service from Katrina. She’s really fun and was so gracious with a minor problem with one of our entrees, which turned out to be diner error about an ingredient. We had reservations and were seated very quickly. It was quite lively but we were able to hear each other. We’ll definitely be back!
