We are a locally owned southern cuisine restaurant that sources from local and regional farms, dairies and ranches guided by principles of sustainability when possible. EVERYTHING we make (vegetables, sides, sauces, accompaniments, dressings, soups, fries, etc.) is made FROM SCRATCH. It takes longer to prepare and costs us a lot more to our bottom line, but at the end of the day we feel better knowing that we’re serving the community great food while supporting “the little guy.”

We also have local beers on tap, an extensive wine list and craft cocktails.

The food was incredible especially the crab cakes (super good). The service was fantastic - 5 stars. It was Mother's Day which was very busy but food and service were right on time. Thanks for all at the restaurant who made it special for both our mom's and others.

Made a reservation and was greeted properly when we walked in the door, got sat , server came over was very attentive. Cocktails were absolutely delicious. Enjoy an appetizer of fried green tomatoes, and stuff mushrooms. I had the sprig burger. My friends had the salmon and crabcakes Every thing was top-notch. Two of my friends said this was by far their favorite restaurant to dine .. staff is always accommodating and friendly

Incredibly fresh tasting food. Just simply good. Some of the best lamb stroganoff I’ve ever had. And the fried grouper was top notch. HIGHLY recommend.

I wish Sprig would remove the high top table and chairs in the dining room. Our party of 4 was seated there; I don’t know how many other high tops are in the dining room. The speakeasy is a great experience. I think Sprig needs to ensure at least 3 bartenders in that area. There were two in there last night and they were overwhelmed. It is a great neighborhood restaurant and we will be back !

Great neighborhood feel. Ambiance was laid back and vibrant but not noisy or pretentious. Food was solid but not overdone. Great date night spot. Could use better beer selection. Overall, great. Would go back

it's a charming place, with a deliciously diverse menu, and a great staff. On this particular visit, we felt like there was an unusually long lag between ordering and when we got out first course, but overall, still an enjoyable experience.

WE have eaten there numerous times and been very pleased. But yesterday at lunch just wasn't like we had seen previously. The food was mediocre - one of the persons with me said her food was just warm not like it had just been cooked. My chicken salad sandwich was ok, but the fries were overcooked and I did not eat half of them. We saw that we waited longer than normal to get our food and noticed that people around us were ordering and getting their food a lot quicker than we were. Hoping that this visit was just a one time occasion and that it won't be that way when we come again.

Always a good time/meal @ Sprig! The stuffed mushrooms were a delicious appetizer. I got the meatloaf, and it was just the comfort food I was looking for last night. Great place!

Not enough servers. It took a long time for our cocktails and food to be served. When the food did come, it was cold. Server was nice enough to comp one meal. Fried green tomatoes were delicious.

Shoutout to the staff thst did shown up to work because they were decidedly in the weeds today with multiple large parties arriving for reservations at once. The hostess was answering ohibes, bussing tables, and dealing with anxious diners all be herself. I'm not sure if there was a manager on duty but they certainly weren't front of house to help this frazzled staff. Additionally, the sausage came out frozen in the middle not once but twice before we gave up on it. We truly hope a child didn't eat this raw pork without knowing they were eating raw food. The egg salad was edible but unremarkable in any way. All in all, not the best experience we've had at Sprig but we won't let that deter us from returning.

Waiting staff was overwhelmed when management implemented new software without input or staff training. This caused delayed staff attention to initially pleased patrons. Hooray for dedicated staff willing to persevere despite being forced to adjust quickly.

Almost everything is or can be gluten free at this neighborhood favorite that's farm to table with a seasonally changing menu. Whiskey Wednesday pours are a great value and inexpensive way to try new bourbon's you're not familiar with. Our bar has grown substantially from all the great bourbons we've been introduced to at Whiskey Wednesday!

Sprig is a local spot designed for a nice dinner out. It's one of our go to places in DeKalb County. We had reservations so were seated promptly. Given it was Saturday evening, the place was packed. Noise level was off the charts. I wish so many restaurants, including Sprig, would be more intentional about incorporating acoustic elements to help bring the noise level down. We chose to sit outside, which worked well. Fried green tomatoes were spot on. I had lamb stroganoff, she had salmon. Those two entrees with a bottle of French Malbec made for a perfect evening

I tried this restaurant a couple years after they opened and have taken some additional years to try it again because the food wasn’t very good. It’s a mile or so from home so I’d love to be able to say I’d come back. Maybe in some more additional years I’ll try again. But the trout and the mushroom ravioli were shockingly not good. I eat specifically trout at any restaurant that offers it, and have many places to compare to around town even including the mediocrity of a chain like Red Lobster - although Red Lobster’s trout is only a little better than mediocre I’d pick it any day over what was served here at Sprig. The poor broccoli I got was pretty sad, dry and definitely could have used a seasoning of any sort because it was simply broccoli which can be ok I guess? Just a little something of anything would have been nice. The flavors here are very bland despite wording on the menu that would lead you to anticipate some noticeable flavor and nuance of the descriptions. Bland works for a lot of people so if that applies to you then their menu might be a good match. Our server was great and actually mentioned that the mushroom ravioli and the trout are staff favorites. Maybe we somehow again hit it on a bad day?Atmosphere-wise certainly Sprig wins points. Service is excellent. Cute place. But. Maybe stick to a salad or a burger because those dishes were fine. Bypass the seafood would be my take-away from my experience years ago and again today. I’ll still drive a little farther from home and bypass Sprig when I eat out every week. Their drinks are very good and well thought recipes. And there are certainly things to love at Sprig. For us, the food overall just isn’t one of them. If it weren’t for being on a timeline and not wanting to delay anything by requesting a different dish, we would absolutely have sent back half the food we ordered. Like I said probably stick to a salad or a burger here. I did mention these concerns to our server so they would be aware.

Sprig continues to be one of our favorite restaurants. Food is always great, service is perfect, the bartender does a good job and everyone is friendly and helpful. We could go anywhere in ATL but most of the time we head to our favorite neighborhood spot - Sprig!
