We had a lovely dining experience! Nothing else like this on the island. The reservation was very easy to make online. You do not need to be a guest at the hotel to eat at this particular restaurant. The food was delicious. My only comment, was that the wine was very expensive. Most of red wines were over $100 a bottle

Best food experience in all Cancun and Isla Mujeres. The pasta and the fish were amazing. Totally recommend.

Espectacular comida en isla mujeres: Llegamos en lancha al muelle del hotel IMPRESSION que es increíble. La comida es un 10! Todo lo que pedimos estaba delicioso, verdadero sabor italiano con ingredientes muy finos y frescos. La pasta sin duda la especialidad y esta perfectamente cocinada. Los camarones igual de ricos. Las porciones son de buen tamaño comparada con otros restaurantes de este nivel en Cancún. Vale MUCHO la pena visitar SPEZIA, hay que hacer reservación y no aceptan menores de 18 años pero eso también tiene sus ventajas si vas en pareja o con amigos.

Amazing experience at SPEZIA, this has to be the best kept secret in Isla Mujeres. The restaurant is part of the IMPRESSION hotel but they are open to the public. You must make a reservation. We meet Chef Paolo, he is from Italy and cooks amazing. Every dish was espectacular, great taste and all fresh - fine ingredients. To top it all off, the sunset has to be one of the most spectacular sunsets we have ever seen. We MUST come back.

Cuál es el punto de tener muelle para mas de 10 barcos si no se puede amarrar uno ahí. Solo desembarque. No había un alma en el hotel, muelle y ni el hotel y aún así no se puede amarrar al muelle que porque se les daña. Que nos dejaran y se fueran a anclar; dónde además está prohibido porque es zona protegida.

This is a beautiful restaurant in a gated hotel. I think you must be staying here or have a reservation to be admitted. The food was excellent and expensive but not too out of line from fine restaurants in the States. The wine was outrageous with no reasonable options. We had house Sauvignon at 22 American dollars for a glass. The service was excellent and our server even topped off the bottle into our glasses. For very fine dining away from the typical this might work for you

Gorgeous and delicious! Amazing view, Edgar was a wonderful server, and the food was fantastic. Great lobster pasta and pannacotta. The sunset was a bonus!
