Not the experience we expected. As soon As we arrived for a Mother’s Day celebration we were informed there was a 2 hour table limit. It felt like we arrived at an all you can eat buffet from that comment. Very off putting. Our main courses did not come out at the same time. Two of us waited with our food getting cold until I asked where were the other entrees were. Servers were very nice and friendly. Bread was something we look forward to. It was not the same loaf of the several hundred year old starter sourdough we were expecting.The bread was dry. The food was exceptional as expected and the bottomless mimosas were delicious.

As always, the food never disappoints and was above and beyond my expectations for Mother’s Day Brunch! Service was fabulous as well! Such a wonderful place to celebrate or dine any time!

Went to Mother's Day Brunch. Brunch hasn't been back since the Pandemic. But today was awesome. Memu had an Appetizer section, a Start Up section and Entree Section. Then there were two Deserts items. All were Al-Le Cart and prices were reasonable. Specialty Cocktails or Bottomless Mimosa with a choice of specialty Juices mixes or normal OJ. The kitchen staff had a number of different dishes under each section and the food was absolutely amazing. What we had today was a strong support for have Brunch on Sunday's and closed Sunday nights. But that's the Chef''s decision. We're just amazed how talented each member of your staff are. This was an absolute amazing Brunch and would certainly look forward to more Brunches going forward. We'll be at most if you ever decide to come back with this.

What a wonderful dinner. The food was incredible and executed perfectly. The wine list is modestly sized but well curated and interesting. Cocktails were also fantastic. Overall a great experience. Our server Ridge made great recommendations, we were glad he did as everything he suggested was bang on.

The menu was a little confusing with limited options but the experience was enjoyable. Their family style service of one dish at a time allowed for enjoyment of each dish. Unique presentations and great service. It’s is worth the experience.

First of all, I really want to say that everyone at Sparrow + Wolf is full of enthusiasm. They really want you to have a great experience and that counts for a lot in my book. I think my expectations were a bit too high so that accounts for some of my disappointment. On that front, we opted for the chef’s tasting menu. It’s a very busy spot so trying to pace various tasting menus amongst other tables doing a la carte ordering is probably quite challenging for the kitchen and bar staff. Throw in my husband’s gluten allergy and it gets that much harder. Even so, there was a long wait between being greeted by our server and when we got our first drinks and then also between each course. We like to savour each course but the wait time in between courses was maybe about twice as long as we are used to. We recognize that staff was working hard to get to all of the tables (the place was full) but there just weren’t enough staff to make each table feel well looked after. One suggestion I will make is to order a la carte if you have any food allergies. As I mentioned, we opted for the tasting menu and things may have been better had we ordered specific dishes. We were assured they could accommodate the allergy but there was some confusion when one of the dishes came out and one server told us it was GF and the other told us my husband should “only eat the filling.” Mistakes do happen of course; it’s just that they seemed to take such care in letting us know they could handle the allergy but our confidence was definitely shaken by the back and forth between the two servers. In the end, my husband didn’t eat that dish at all and was brought a bowl of the warmed olives instead. These were delicious and we are glad we got to try them. Oxtail hummus was delicious too as was the Pork Secreto. We weren’t fans of any of the seafood dishes (oysters, monkfish) but we are from the East Coast so our “seafood bar” is set pretty high. Would love to give this place a second chance.

Drinks, wine list, bar menu was excellent. Best thing was the attentive and very knowledgeable wait staff. well trained and helpful. Great experience.

Leave the trappings of overpriced celebrity restaurants with lackluster food and get over here for the best meal you will have in Las Vegas. We discovered this gem last year and had one of the best tasting menus ever. This year was even better. From the charming greeting at the door to Rich our INCREDIBLE server, every person on the team made us feel like we were the most important customers there. The food was magical, each course nuanced and creating a beautiful bridge to the next. and the wine pairing was curated. EVERYHING had a thoughtful approach. They had me at hello, and now this place will be an annual pilgrimage for me during conference time.

Our experience at Sparrow + Wolf was exceptional from the moment we entered the building and even as we were leaving fully satisfied. Felicia did an excellent job explaining the menu and offering suggestions along the way. She had a full understanding of the food being offered and did not disappoint. Throughout our experience we had the oxtail hummus, yellow fin tuna, Japanese sweet potato with ube creme freche, pork secreto, and eye of rib. Every course that came out was exceptional and would stand up against any meal we’ve had in Vegas. I would not hesitate to eat here again and look forward to the next time we’re in town. As an additional side bar we requested suggestions for our next dinner and received a hand written suggestion from the chef with specific order recommendations. Looking forward to my extra crispy tripe taco already. Cheers!

Outstanding...First of all our server, Nick was incredibly knowledgeable and personable . His recommendations and suggestions turned out to be just what we were looking for. The wine pairings and the history behind the wine makers made our experience more enjoyable. It was clear that many people eating there were not there for their first time. This is definitely one of our goto places when we return to Vegas.

The menu options are pretty good and the ambience of the place is excellent. However, if you have a food allergy, please be very careful. One member of our party has allergies to mushrooms, and despite confirming with our server that it would be ok, one dish came loaded with mushrooms (the octopus), even when mushrooms wasn’t even part of the list of ingredients of that specific dish! The server apologized for the mistake and treated us to desert, but it kind of left us with a bad aftertaste for our experience. Food allergies are no joke, and if my wife would have eaten that mushroom we would have spent the night at the ER… other than that, the place has good food and reasonable prices - alongside a good wine selection.

This restaurant is outstanding for food quality and value. But, you’ll need to be prepared for high noise level which can make enjoyment of an outstanding taste experience a bit uncomfortable. Perspective: We were seated at a table that must have been directly below air conditioning equipment. This resulted in near constant distracting hum. Our table was between two others. The table to my right sat four young women. By the time their 4th bottle of wine was being poured their shrill voices could shatter glass. On the opposite side were another four women and a man. Their speaking volume was less but high enough to communicate above the ambient noise level. Behind us were three women same outcome. Less noise than he first table mentioned, but they too added to the level of sound. The wine list was interesting with some reasonably priced options. So, the question boils down to; will we return? Probably not. We are in our late 70s and prefer and quiet and refined dining experience. That’s too bad because we loved the food. They didn’t have my favorite gin for my martini (Bombay Sapphire). Nor did they have my favorite scotch Lagavulin 16 year. Instead, they offered an 8 year lagavulin alternative. Lagavulin is a mid priced scotch, however, Bombay Sapphire can be bought at Total Wine at about $30 for a 1.75 liter bottle. There isn’t any reason not to carry the flavorful gin. Make reservations. This is a very popular restaurant. You’ll be required to make a deposit of $25/person in case of a no show. It will be refunded upon your next visit.

We started off with some mocktails while we waited for our table, which were delicious. The table itself was clean and reasonably distanced from other guests for the time of night. We didn’t realize the tasting menu ends at 9:30 and came in after that, but our waitress made excellent suggestions. For our bread course we had the sourdough with scallion-dashi butter. We ended up getting the octopus sukiyaki as well as the ribeye which were both incredibly tender and flavorful. We also had the oxtail hummus which was very savory and had interesting texture elements like roasted chickpeas. Overall, I was very pleased with the food and service.

Let me start by saying we are foodies and eat at some of the best restaurants all the time. It was our anniversary so we decided to check out Sparrow & Wolf while spending a few days in Las Vegas. WOW! If we lived in there, we’d eat at this place once a week! What a gem!!! It was absolutely delicious! The staff were all super friendly, our waiter was the best and even the guy who cleared our table between courses was exceptional! We started with the hummus with oxtail! Yes, oxtail! I was leary to try it but our waiter said it was extremely popular so we did! OMG am I glad! It was the best hummus we ever ate! We then had a Japanese sweet potato dish that melted in your mouth before moving on to the Iberico pork that was to die for! So delicious it that the thought of it makes my mouth water! We then were convinced to try the milk bread for dessert. Never heard of it but it was beyond amazing! So darn good! Our bill was super reasonable and we can’t wait for our next trip to Vegas to return to this place again!!!

I enjoyed every bite of my appetizer and meal. The waitstaff were all friendly and knowledgeable. The Oxtail Hummus was outstanding, as was Kalbi Eye of Rib dinner, and roasted carrots. I definitely will be returning to this restaurant when I return to Las Vegas.

Every item we had was better than the one before it. There were layers upon layers of flavor in every dish, all were perfectly executed. Service was prompt and very welcoming. We will be back on our next visit to Vegas without a doubt.

Overall a very solid restaurant. The food is very good and some very tasty bites. The cocktails were good including the NA options. Our service started off strong but slowed down throughout the evening. Now there was a large party and they may have contributed to that. However that is not uncommon. I would return for the food regardless.

The cocktails and food were very good. My only nit to pick would be it took too long to get a cocktail. I was at the table for 15 minutes before the cocktail order was taken and then they were out of cocktail I ordered (which was a special of the day and it was 5 pm so not sure how that happened) so it took even longer. I’m not impatient, unless I don’t have a cocktail 😆 I would return there to dine.

The Uber ride there was a challenge as for some reason the Uber App directs drivers to a different location ... Uber needs to fix that! Once there everything was amazing. Service was excellent, the wine and cocktail lists were interesting and the food was just fantastic. I'll be recommending to anyone I know going to Vegas. Well done!

The tasting menu with included wine pairing was incredible and highly recommended. One of the best meals I’ve had in last couple of years. Our motto for the evening… and yes. Say yes to ever possible add on, beyond worth it!

Unusual menu, fantastic combination of flavors. The servers worked as a team and were outstanding. Highly recommend for a fun, evening off the strip. Listen to your server 's suggestion for a unique dining experience.
